Goblin Castle, Goblin King (2)
In a large dark throne room, a handsome goblin sat comfortably on a throne made of gold with a red carpet leading to it. The throne set high up a flight of stairs, with sunlight light falling on it from the ceiling. Candles on the distant walls flickered as Noah stepped in.
The Dungeon Lord opened its eyes.

Noah couldn't help but feel pressured by its presence. Intimidation Immunity only removed the negative effects that the pressure on him, he could still sense the immense energy the Dungeon Lord released.
"Sigh..." The Dungeon Lord arrogantly looked down on Noah as it pointed a sceptre in its hand at Noah while sitting.
Lightning Descent!
Noah flickered away as a lightning bolt hit the spot he stood. The Goblin King's Sceptre followed Noah, continuously sending bolts of lightning. Each time used Flash Step the attack was faster than before.
Noah activated Abyssal Fear, sending out a pressure himself, then cast Curse of Weakness, Evil Glare and Blind then started moving closer. As he activated all the buffs on himself again. Silent Screech. He appeared before the Goblin King, Yin Yang Reinforcemnt activated as he slashed down.
The Goblin King felt sloppy but it still instantly cast a spell.
Salamander's Breath!
Crimson flames burst out from the sceptre's end turning to a fierce flamethrower ready to devour the attacking Noah. His armour and the Curse of Self Harm blocked most of the damage allowing him to pass through, the flames.
The Goblin King blocked the reflected flames with a Mana Shield and Noah's sword with his sceptre. Its sceptre was pushed back so it cast with its other hand. Water Lock!
Noah about attack again had water surround him and form a sphere holding him inside it. He was trapped in, he couldn't breathe or move. The Goblin King moved the sphere of water holding Noah back as he stood up.
The King pointed its staff at Noah. Earth Shattering Spear! A 10-meter wide yellow magic circle formed above the water sphere as a spear made of rocks formed under it. Noah felt immense mana in the attack.
He couldn't break the lock, but he was able to move a little thanks to the Magic Resistance of the Armour. He pointed the Helleborus at the King.
Black Cero!
BOOOM!
Black energy collected in front of the barrel of the Helleborus and beamed out. It broke the Water Lock holding him and instantly reached the Goblin King standing in front.
Dust flew up and covered the scene, Noah landed on the ground flickered back dodging the large rock spear.
Whoosh! The dust cleared.
The Goblin King stood in a hole in the wall, battered and dusty holding a sword, the throne in front of it had been destroyed. The sword was thin and sharp with a golden hilt. Noah noticed that the sceptre it had been holding all this time had a sword blade hidden inside.
DING!
The Goblin King burst with speed and clashed with Noah, pushing him back. Noah used Flash Step to retreat.
Zephyr's Blessing! The Goblin King instantly cast on itself and sped up, he caught up with Noah.
Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!
Swords clashed like beams of light as each sword swiftly moved. Both swords put their all trying to push the other back.
'He's better than me,' Noah thought as he blocked another attack. The Goblin King was more skilled than him at using a sword this was the first time he had seen such a monster.
Noah pulled the Helleborus up and shot as he moved back. The Goblin King easily blocked with a Mana Shield, then cast a spell back, Solar Flare!
Bright Flames burst at Noah like a whip. Blinding him. 'F**k!' Crystal Shield. A rhombus shaped black crystal shield formed in front of Noah and blocked the attack. However, the spell was too strong and broke through it. It then shattered the Mana Shield Noah had cast behind and the Curse of Self Harm he had recast on himself.
Invincible! Noah used the other skill of the Black Crystal Mask. The Blinding light passed by him in a white world. The moment the light disappeared he brandished his sword, Silent Screech, Insanity Venom, Dark Descent, Yin Yang Reinforcement.
Noah then flickered close and went all out. His strikes were beast-like, rampaging at the Goblin King. The moment the Goblin King took a step Noah saw an opening. Roots of Binding had been cast. Roots grew from the ground and held the Goblin King. He had instantly switched to the Ancient Magic Wood Flintlock to cast it then switched back to the Helleborus.
The roots only held the Goblin King for a moment but that was enough, Noah was able to get fifteen strikes one after the other and break the golden armour it wore. He was only able to get one wound.
"AH!" The Goblin King shouted sending a burst of Mana Launching Noah away.
Noah landed elegantly like a panther as he instantly pushed off and got close again.
The fight continued. Both Magic swordsmen showed off their skills. The Goblin King attacked never using the same skill twice. It was a true allrounder.
'I just need to hold out a little longer, the corruption will start weakening it. I'll then be able to take the advantage,' Noah thought as the black and silver swords clashed.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
The Goblin King suddenly jumped back to the top of the stairs, "Castle Connect!, Shield."
Mana burst out from the top four corners of the room and formed a purple bubble of mana around him. Noah's attack hit but didn't do any damage he jumped back as he shot with Helleborus.
The King smirked, "Castle Spell! Catastrophe!"
The room started to shake, as an enormous amount of mana was being released from the castle. It all came together segregated to the golden magic circles above the Goblin King. The Seven Magic Circles forming a pentagonal prism spun as they absorbed mana. The runes in them constantly changed.
The Magic Spell drastically increased the Mana Destiny in the room. The walls started to crack and crumble. Pieces of the ceiling rained down. The floor split open and lava sprouted. Winds, Rain and Lightning soon followed.
Noah dodged the attacks, soon ended up being pushed back to the Lair entrace as it had transformed into a disaster zone.
As the natural disasters surrounded him Noah watched them get close. The Goblin King watched expectantly. Finally finishing the battle.
Noah smirked, "Phase Shift." He disappeared, he then used Flash Step to appear at the shield. With Phase Shift active he was able to pass through it. His sword was lit with mana, Insanity Venom, Yin Yang Reinforcemnt. He then slashed,
The Goblin King locked into casting the spell could only watch as the sword formed and passed through his neck. The spells he was casting cancelled as he was launched to the ground. Noah followed back.
In midair, the Goblin King tried to block the attack but Noah used Silent Screech and was able to overpower him sending the King's sword back. Noah then followed with a combo attack. He burst out, his sword moved like a flowing stream of light. Dozens of slashes in a moment.
Noah then stabbed straight through the King's armour. The Goblin King tried raising his sword with the last of its energy but it fell before he could finish the attack. The Corruption energy had finished him.
The ding characteristic sounded as the Dungeon Lord disintegrated into pieces of light.

The dungeon was cleared.
He looked at the drops that formed a small mountain in front of him.

Noah ignored the system message and went through the items that dropped.

He had gotten more than a thousand items. He sat on the ground as he started going through them.
He noticed two D Class weapons had dropped, but both were wands. Other than that a shelf worth of skills had dropped. Many of them were F and E Class while less than ten were D Class. All of them were elemental magic spells so he put them away.
He picked the [Goblin King's Satchel] it was at the very top.

Noah's jaw dropped, "Insane... why would I ever need this much storage... I guess I don't need to worry about my inventory ever being full again." He actually really liked it, it was annoying to take out the large shipping container size sacks to fill with items. In smaller places, he didn't even have space to take them out. This would make things convenient.
The next was the [Broken Treasure Sceptre].

A broken sceptre with a hidden blade. It has lost all its power and is now an ordinary item. The weapon was made through a secret method allowing one weapon to act both as a staff and a sword. Skilful craftsmen may be able to study it.
"Is this a weapon design?" Noah thought, it seemed like it was another way to get a weapon design. A staff with a hidden sword. It sounded interesting but he already had all the weapons he needed so he put them away as well.
He moved the other items in hoards into the Goblin King's Satchel. He then saw a book that was different from normal skills. He picked it up.
[Mana Circuit]
A book containing the secret to keeping mana constantly flowing in your body. Understand how mana is stored in beings and its works. Learn to use it more efficiently in battle and passively regenerate it.
