CHAPTER # 45

"Hello Misses. How may I help you?" the receptionist asked.

"Um, Hi. I'm Sabrina Niam and this is Anne Romet and we would like to know where our dorm is located. It was mentioned in the acceptance letter that our dorm will be in the East region of the Academy?" I asked.

She nodded and went through some papers.

"Yes, you are correct, Lady Niam. Both of your dorms are located in the East dormitory. Please follow that person over there. He'll take you to your destination. Have a nice day." the lady said, pointing towards a guy standing a little farther away from us.

We followed that guy and he took us to a really beautiful five-story building and asked me and Anne to go inside where an old lady will guide us further. He took Sister Ray and Fannie to their respective rooms.

Anne and I went inside the beautiful building and encountered a really scary old lady.

"Is this the one he was talking about?" I whispered to Anne.

"I guess so," Anne whispered back.

"New comers!" the old lady called out, making me and Anne stand straight at our spots.

"Yes Ma'am!" both said in unison.

"I'm Serifa. Head of this dormitory. Please show me your enrollment I'd so that I can take you to your respective rooms." she said to us as we handed her our ID's.

"Oh? Looks like you'll be sharing a room" she said, making me and Anne squeal in joy.

"But you'll be sharing a room with one more student since one room is assigned to three candidates" she added to which both of us nodded.

Miss Serifa escorted us to our room which was on the fourth floor and before we entered the room she told us a few rules like; 8pm is the curfew, no running in the dorm, no sound after nine and so on.

Soon after she left and both of us entered the room. It was a pretty decent room with a fawn-colored theme. Three beds were located in the room, one bed with each wall and the fourth wall was where the door was located. Beside each bed was a study table.

On one of the tables a figure caught our attention and it didn't take us a second to recognize her. There is only one person I know with light pink hair.

"Ivy!!!!"

Anne and I exclaimed as she turned towards us. Upon witnessing our presence in the room her face lit up as she jumped off the seat and ran towards us.

We all shared a hug before she spoke up, "I was so nervous about who my new roommate would be? I'm so glad it's you guys!"

"Me too" Both, Anne and I said in unison earning a smile from her.

*Knock Knock*

"Come in"

I said upon hearing a knock on the door. It was a girl around the age of Fannie.

"Miladies, I've been informed to tell you to clean up and head to the Grand hall for your Orientation. After the ceremony, Orientation ball will be held, so dress accordingly. Your maids have also been informed so they'll soon be here to assist you" she said and left.

"Alright. Let's do this!" I exclaimed as Anne and Ivy laughed.

Soon Sister Ray and Fannie came and helped us get dressed.

<><><><><>

"Ivy? You didn't bring someone with you?" I asked as I saw Ivy doing everything by herself.

"Huh? Oh? No, I didn't. I have had a habit of doing things on my own ever since I was little. I never had a good experience with maids so I'm good by myself" she explained.

'Poor kid. Always getting bullied. Shame on you Sabrina, you can't even wear a dress properly without Fannie's help' I thought to myself.

"Will you allow me to help you?" Sister Ray's voice made me break out of my trance. Ivy looked quite shocked at her sudden question. Since Anne was now almost ready Sister Ray offered help to Ivy which she gladly accepted.

A while passed by and we were ready for our ball.

Anne was wearing a pink dress, whereas I was wearing a blue one. As for Ivy? She wore a beautiful yellow dress and not to brag but, We all were looking drop dead gorgeous.

We three were now all ready to set off. We left the room and headed towards the Grand hall and soon a weird feeling took all over me.

'Why am I having this bad feeling?'
