TAKE RESPONSIBILITY? FOR WHAT?

Taeyi heads back to his room around the corner.

He smiles on his way.*Today was a good day!*.

"Oh! Taeyiii...". A round looking man moves to stumble towards him.

"Where were you? you left the party in the middle and didn't show up after". He smiles foolishly at Taeyi.

Taeyi twitches his eyebrows." You seem to be a lot drunk Mr.cheng."

"No...no Taeyi come to join us at the room we booked. We will have lots of fun". The man shook in his place not knowing where to see.

" No! Mr cheng you can enjoy yourselves. Then, excuse me!."Taeyi nods at him and passes his way to the room.

*shhh...Arrogant brat!*. Mr cheng stumbles his way back to the room.

Taeyi reaches his room and leaves a deep sigh.

He unbuttons his shirt revealing his fine glistening aesthetic body. He lies down on his bed and closes his eyes.

Hua lin moves towards her bed as soon as she enters her room."Ah!.. I am exhausted".

She smiles. *Today was a good day!*.

She closes her eyes and falls asleep.

After some minutes Taeyi gets startled up by the up roaring disturbance.

He gets up from his bed and sighs.*What is it?*.

He stands and walks towards the door.

He swings it open. A waiter passes by.

"You..there!". He calls out the waiter.

" Yes sir! What can I do for you?". The waiter comes to him immediately.

"What's all this noise?".He twitches his eyebrows.

"Ah! Your guest is having some vast booze in their room! They are not in their correct state of mind! I tried to stop them but instead shoved me away! I came back because they were your special guests Master!". The waiter lowers his head.

" Okay! Whatever leave!".Taeyi slams the door and moves back to his room.* This unworthy hooligan!*.

He tries to sleep but gets annoyed.

He grabs his shirt, puts it on and leaves the room.

He makes his way to the corridor and Hua Lin's room.*Is she asleep*. He bangs his head softly with his hands, *Ah! stupid! it's the middle of the night yet I am hoping she to be awake?*.

He lifts his hand to the door and backs away.

*What am I going to do! What will I do after knocking on the door!*.

He paces for some moment in front of her room door. He stops takes a deep breath and lifts his arm.

Knock! knock!

He waits for a minute and then for another minute. he knocks again.*Could she be dead asleep*.

He makes his way towards the rooms passcode lock.*No! I shouldn't enter her room like this! What should I do*?

"Ah... this is driving me crazy!". He mumbles to himself.

"Ah...oii...Tae" A distant figure with red hair appears stumbling and struggling to handle himself.

*Meng!!* He enters the passcode hurriedly and enters the room.

Meng hurdles towards the figure he saw.

"Uh? what is this? I am sure I saw someone like Tae! or wasn't it?" He stands there for a moment in a daze, "Ahh...whatever". He smiles and leaves the corridor.

Taeyi sighs in relief and realizes he had already entered the room.*Crap!*

He looks around the darkroom. No one to be seen around. *She must be asleep*. He moves towards her room.

A beautiful small figure lay on the bed in an uncatchy position. She lay on top of her head, her body turned downwards.

He smiles, *Cute*.

He moves towards her and lifts her to the bed steadying her position to normal. He tugs her in the blanket and sits by the side. The darkness covered everything yet he could see her beautiful face in the utter darkness. He lifts his hand towards her face.

" What? why is it hot?". He moves his hand towards her forehead.* hotter*.

*She is having a fever! is it because I took her outside in the cold?*. He stands up and presses his forehead with his hand.*I can't call anyone too since it's too late and all the staffs are away!*.

He moves out of the room and heads towards the kitchen. He takes out a bowl and pours some cold water from the tap. He then pulls out a towel from the drawer and moves back towards the room.

*hmm..might work?*.

He sits beside the bed. He folds his shirt sleeves up and soaks the towel in the bowl of water. He squeezes the water out and folds it into two folds and places it on top of her head.

As the towel gets hotter he removes and cools it again.

He places the cloth on her forehead again after soaking it in water.

She shifts a bit. Taeyi gets startled. *What will she say if she sees me here?*. He gets anxious. She pulls the blanket and tucks her more.

*What?* He observes sitting there not knowing what to do. She shivers a bit and holds her quilt tighter." She is cold? What should I do?".

He moves around the room and opens the cupboard. Nothing except her clothes.

*What? No spare blankets? I have to talk about this to the manager!*.

He moves back towards the bed and stands there.

*What should I do?.*

He paces for a moment.* It's okay!*.

He slips inside the blanket beside her and holds her in his arms tighter.* It's okay! I am doing this to save her! Not because I am taking advantage of her or something!.*. He takes a deep breath.

Hua lin moves closer to the warm body beside her.* It's warm and safe!.*. She mumbles in her sleep.

Taeyi feels the body beside him shift closer to his. He smiles.

Hua lin feels a pain in her head, she felt dizzy.

She felt a warm thing closer to her body. She stretches her arms and rests at the warmth beside her.*What is this? Feels like a living person body?*.She caresses it.

*Wait a minute! Like a person body? Crap!*.

She opens her eyes wide, looks up and finds a fine body of Taeyi lying next to her.

Taeyi opens his eyes. *Ah...my arms*.

He looks to his side. Hua Yi slept soundly beside him.

He watches her and smiles. She shifts a bit at her place, he gets startled.*Crap! She is awake?*.

He closes his eyes. He feels her hand rest on his chest and slowly caresses it. He hold his breath.*What? what is she doing?*.

He feels her hand stopping at a moment and her gaze at him.

Hua lin stares at Taeyi.

*What? What is doing here? Did we sleep together? why did he come to my room? I do not remember welcoming him to my room! I wasn't drunk too! What should I do?*

She stays at her position stiff not knowing what to do.

"Aren't you going to wake up? or you are going to stare at me forever?". Taeyi startles her with his cold voice. He opens his eyes and glances at her.

She stares at him for a moment and gets up hurriedly.

" What are you doing here? In my room also my bed? Why are we sleeping together?".

She thinks for a moment.*Wait a minute! I don't remember doing anything wrong yesterday. But why is he here?*

Taeyi straightens up and sits back. He sighs.

"Is this how you thank your saviour". He looks up at her confused face.

" Saviour? What are you talking about?". She twitches her eyebrows.*Yesterday...*.

she gapes as she remembers bits of what had happened yesterday.*Did he takes care of me the whole night yesterday? Crap!*.

She looks up at awkwardly.

Taeyi gets up from the bed and stretches his arms.

"Thank me later! But I have to apologize for entering your room without your permission.

I wanted to check whether you are asleep or not. But you were having a fever when I came so I had no choice but to stay back".

Hua lin looks up at him and smiles slightly.

" Thank you. you should go back and take a rest."

"Yeah! I should. I couldn't sleep the whole night due to your bad sleeping habits." He shakes his head.

She twitches her eyes"What? what bad sleeping habits? I don't have any".

Taeyi raises his eyebrows.

*What is he talking about? I never had bad sleeping habits!* She remembers her hugging him tightly during the night as she felt cold and resting her legs and arms on him and also caressing his chest to see what it was.

*Crap! I am done for*.

She clears her throat and gets out of the bed.

She grabs him by his arms and pulls him outside."Stop talking and go back to your room to rest! you need to rest properly! we are going back this afternoon."

Taeyi glances at the girl pulling him. Her face was red with embarrassment.

He stands outside the door.

"Go back!" Hua lin moves forward to close the door when Taeyi stops it with his hand.

"Are you trying to chase your saviour away? What are you going to do about what you did? No one has ever touched my precious body till now. You must be lucky you did and also took advantage and caressed my chest while I was sleeping." He smirks at her.

"What? you want me to take responsibility? I didn't know it was you! Go go away!". She removes his hand from the door and closes it.

Taeyi smiles at her red face and moves back towards his room.
