Chapter 50

Mia looked at her uncle and said, "thank you for paying for my trucks repairs. I know it costs a lot but I pay you back," Mia said. "Mia I am your uncle, you do not owe me anything. If you have proved anything it's that you were trained by the best and I know he would be proud," Kevin said.

A truck stopped outside the repair stop and Mia looked to see who it was that got out of the truck. She was shocked to see that her uncle Zack was the one that drove the truck. "Mia my dear, I hear you passed the ranger test. Is it really a good idea for you to work as a ranger. I mean your powers make you a treat to everyone around you?" Zack said.

"Uncle I need to do some form of work. Besides its that way of thinking that has landed me in a lot of trouble," Mia said. "What do you mean?" Zack said. "Well apparently my parents left me because I was to spoiled and couldn't take care of myself," Mia said.

"Non-sense Mia your just imagining it. You need to be locked up for your own good," Zack said. "NO, I do not need to be locked up. That's where you and the rest of my family is wrong. I have spent the past few weeks alone and you know what. I learned something about my self. It's possible to be happy and be in control. No one knows what I am but you and the rest of my family but instead of letting me be human and enjoy things you lock me up and expect me to be in control," Mia said.

"But that is the right thing to do?" Zack said.

"No it's what you want to do. What is right for me is to be free. To enjoy having friends, to have a job and buy the things I really wants in life. That is what helps me stay in control and I have a secret to tell you, uncle. That secret is, that I AM IN CONTROL becasue I am happy," Mia said.

Zack's eyes grew wide and Kevin said, "I think this is where Zara was right Zack and everyone else was wrong. We can not protect her forever and the truth is she needs to stand on her own feet. Clovers members is causing trouble for her becasue we don't trust her."

"I don't care how clovers members treat her Kevin. SHE IS A DANGER AND A THREAT TO EVERYONE OUT THERE. WITH HER POWER SHE CAN DESTROY EVERYTHING AND TRUTH IS SHE NEARLY DID. THAT'S WHY SHE NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP," Zack shouted.

Mia felt uncomfortable and looked nervously around at all the eyes stairning at her. "You are not being fair uncle. I can stay in control i haven't lost control in ages," Mia siad.

"I do not care Mia. If you are not going to stay put on the clover base i will lock you up. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?" Zack said. Mia looked at Zack and siad, "why would i even listen to you? Your not being fair? I need to live my life my own way," Mia said but no matter how hard she tried Zack kept shouting to the world how dangerous her power really is.

The police showed up and said, "If you are not going to calm down we will have to ask you to leave the premisis." Mia sat down quietly but she reallised her unlce's words already made a day of celebration feeling like she was a huge mistake. Mia left the building and went for a walk with Bella walking next to her.

She sat down on a bench not far from the building ane told Bella. "Its not fair that he walks in and tells everyone our family secrets. He might as well do a story about it in the local newes paper. Mia watched as Zack got into his truck and drove away. Kevin came to Mia and asked, "you ready to come back to Clover now?" he asked.

"Don't i need to have some sort of training with Mary Anne or at least a meating?" Mia asked. "True, they will need to teach you the rules and give you the rest of the important information and rules. So i geuss i will be leaving for Clover alone then?" Kevin asked.

"Yes well i do need to stand on my own feet. Dad trained me really well but i know i can do better," Mia siad. "Yes and as much as i agree with Mike and Zack i suspect its better you complete your training before you come back to clover," Kevin siad.

Mia waited with her uncle Kevin at the ranger office the next day. "Hope fully your truck gets fixed before i have to return to Clover but Mia i will be coming down her to check on you and i suspect you will meet even more of clovers memebers from now one," Kevin siad.

"Is clover really that big?" Mia asked. "Yes, clover in total have ten bases each having a captain and a second in command. Then you have the supream commander and the oraganization we work for have several unions like clover each having an area of its own. Some help the police others search and reascue but i suspect you will learn all that now that they will be training you as a ranger," Kevin siad.

Kevin was about to go into the ranger office when a black truck stopped next to his truck. Mia stood on the sidewalk looking at the black truck. Kevin came to Mia and siad, "i haven't had the time to talk to them in a while?" Mia looked puzzled at Kevin and asked, "who are they?"

Kevin looked at Mia and said, "the council we all work for, even the rangers has to answer to them," Kevin siad. "That might be a problem since they do not recognized me as John and Zara Lizare's daugter," Mia said.

"Don't worry about it, if you proved anything to me its that you are more like your father then most even knows," Kevin siad. Jasmine walked up to Mia and said, "your a really hard worker to have us come all the way out here of all places to review your case?" Mia smiled and said, "at least you can't say i cheated, what i did was hard work my own hard work," Mia siad.

"I will review your case but the council is not conviced that your are there daugter," Jasmine siad. "Believe me Jasmine i was sceptical at first but the more i get to know her i will tell you this. I believe she is there daugter and that my brother had his reason for making the desision taht he did," Kevin siad.

Inside the ranger office Jasmine and Mary Anne had a disagreement about Mia and in the end it was agreed taht she could join but under the condition that she stays as a ranger on the base with Mike. Mia was happy untill she learned taht she Jasmine didn't think Mia needed any form of training. "You only need to mentor her," Jasmine said.

"All rangers needs to go threw a training program Jasmine. We can not bend the rules just becasue you and the council dont think she needs more training," Mary Anne said.

"I dont care Mary Anne deal with it, the council is making an exeption to have her join as it is," Jasmine siad. "I will be her mentor and train her, we have simular powers and we both will be doing the same job," came a mans voice. Mia looked in the direction of the voice and Kevin smiled.

"Leo are you sure about it?" Kevin asked. "Yes after all this is John and Zara Lizare's daugter. If she is trained the right way, she can go very far," Leo replied.

"If you are sure about this Leo," Mary Anne stated. "I will be taking my team with me, so it wont be a problem," Leo said. Bella was laying under Mia's chair when Leo asked, "who is this snow white friend?" he asked.

"This is my best friend and parner, Bella. She was a gift from Red a close friend of mine. I do hope we will still be friends when i get back to clover," Mia said.

"Now you remember them, they are worried about your and that reminds me. The team ranger projeck you are launching. There is a team withing clover that is getting ready to take the test. Mia is one of the team members. Now that she passed this test, you will allowe this team to take this test?" Kevin asked.

"A second team, will be valueable. Leo would your team be interested in mentoring the whole team when the time comes?" Mary Anne asked.

"Yes no problem," Leo said. He came to Bella and gave her a dog treat. "You have taken really good care of her, Mia," Leo said.

"Thank you, I do what i can she is after all the first dog i have had in my life but i love every minute with her," Mia siad.

"Is that so, she lookes like a smart dog to have around," Leo aksed. "She is my best friend, i have good vision and hearing she is an exelent tracker," Mia siad.
