Lilian Starts Flirting With Ellis and Luke

Back at Ellis's college the boys are waiting for Ellis and Jane. Seeing both of them coming their way Denver gets up and signals them to come over.

As Ellis sits down Denver asks, "Ellis, you're the only one who can sense them.."

"Me too!" says Sam

Seeing Sam Clive asks, "What happened? Did they kick you out?"

Smiling Sam says, "Yes, kind of and made me bodyguard for Jane, Denver and Joel. You're a celestial being, I'm a werewolf, Ellis is the ruler so that leaves them. Luke says not to trust that girl. So, here I am basically for Denver and Joel as with Ellis Jane has no fears."

Denver and Joel look at Ellis so he says, "Guys it's better. This Lilian is no simple matter. We need to stay in contact. If we need the boys, Sam can call them."

Agreeing, the boys and Jane go about their class routine while Sam manages to hang around. Back in the class the professor announces a math quiz project and says the marks will be added to the students inter college sports event. And also requests the transfer students to take part in it. Lilian cleverly gets the professor to make her team up with Ellis and sits next to him in class as Jane and Joel watch.

Smiling Lilian tries every moment possible to touch Ellis's hands. But when she tries to keep her hand on his thigh, Ellis catches her hand and says, "Watch it. It'll be better for both, you don't cross your line." Just then the bell rings and Ellis gets up and goes over to Jane, takes her hand (Jane picks her stuff and gets up) and walks out looking at Joel, who also doesn't waste time and goes behind them.

Seeing them leave Lilian throws her pen in anger. One boy from her group comes over and says, "Lilian, what's in that guy. He's just a vampire and he's got a mate. You'll find better than him."

"Johnathan, I've seen hundreds of vampires in my life, but there's something different about him, something special it makes him kinda one in a million. And that girl isn't his mate cause she's a human. He loves a human girl. Now how can a vampire love a human? Mortals love mortals, and immortals love immortals. That's me and him, he needs to understand and I'll make him understand."

Saying so, Lilian leaves.

Back outside Ellis sees Sam sitting on a bench alone and sits next to him. Seeing his mood is off Sam uses his telepathic powers and informs Luke to come over.

The boys sit around and Denver asks, "Joel, what happened?"

"Lilian is crossing her line. Today she managed to sit next to him and also partner up for a quiz. ('That's not it, is it?' asks Clive) I think she got a little touchy today. (seeing Luke coming over) Hey! Luke over here."

Everybody turns to look at Luke. Luke sits in front of Ellis and says, "Sam told me to come, it's urgent. What happened?"

"Ah, if it's cause Lilian forced the professor to become partner with Ellis for a quiz and is touching a lot today, Sam... "

Suddenly a guy walks over and says, "Ellis, I don't know what Lilian sees in you. To her you're a one in a million. (Everyone laughs inside as they realize he doesn't know Ellis is the cosmic ruler) But remember I'm a vamp-wolf. You vampires and werewolves (looking at Sam) don't stand a chance against us. So… "

Ellis bangs his hands on the table and gets up saying, "OH, really. Well, go and tell your Lilian she's right. I am one and only and before messing with Sam or any of my friends better find out a bit about me cause I don't want to say 'told you to stay away'. Now if you don't want our human colleagues to find out our identities, better leave."

"It's not over, even though that Alpha (looking at Luke) has more powers than a normal alpha and if you think he can save you, you're in for a surprise cause he's nothing in front of my pal." saying so the boy leaves

"OK, did anyone find something odd in this conversation?" asks Denver

"Odd? It's the typical he likes girl, girl doesn't notice him, the one she does threaten him. OK vampire werewolves involved." says Clive

Joel says, "Denver I'm getting what you mean, why can't they sense Ellis's powers and do they even know the ruler exists, that's what we need to find out."

Seeing everyone is looking at Joel and Denver, Joel continues, "Guys don't you find it odd, Lilian and her group of vamp-wolves recognized Ellis is a vampire, Sam is one too, they even know Luke is more powerful than normal alphas, but they don't know Ellis has powers and is the cosmic you know who."

"It could be possible they know about the ruler but not that it might be Ellis, that's it. Still we need to be on alert." says Clive

Suddenly Jane sees Lilian coming over and says, "Speak of the devil, she's here."

Coming over Lilian puts her hand in front of Luke and says, "Hi, so you're the alpha my friend told me about. Do you really possess what he says?"

"Now how would I know what your friend thinks I possess?" replies Luke

"Shake my hand and we'll know" says Lilian sarcastically

Hesitantly Luke shakes hands with Lilian

With a smile on her face Lilian says, "My my, it's truly a pleasure to meet a pure blood alpha. No wonder my friend said you have more powers than a normal alpha would. Though you know we despise werewolves cause our transformed look matches you more than the vampires and we despise the fact you werewolves are so weak and pathetic. But you are different. Why don't you join my pack? I'll let you be the alpha."

Smiling Luke says, "You're behind Ellis and offering me to be the alpha. That also in front of him."

"Oh, OK let's clear it then. Alpha as in of the pack. Ellis, he's special, mine. Oh, Jane dear, I know you and Ellis but you should find a mortal. That'll suit you better."

Jane gets angry and throws her cold drink on Lilian's face and says, "You listen and listen good. I'm fed up with your bickering. You stay away from Ellis or else… "

Getting angry Lilian grabs Jane by her neck but instantly leaves and catches her hand with her other hand and says, "What the hell? You're imprinted but how's that imprint protecting you? (looking towards Ellis) Who are you?"

Looking at Jane Ellis says, "Jane relax, let her say whatever she wants. As for who I am? Tell you the same, find out for yourself. Luke, you interested in her offer? (Smiling Luke says, "Before leaving my pack and you guys, I'd rather die") Well then, looks like none of us have any reason to sit here, let's go somewhere and chill out. We don't have any classes so… ('We need to get ready for the quiz' says Lilian) During college hours only with Jane beside me. For now, chow."

After leaving the College of Arts and Engineering they go to a cafe. All go inside and order their favorite food. As the food gets served, they wait for the waiter to leave. As the waiter leaves Luke says, "Guys, I couldn't read her. She blocked me clearly."

"Luke," says Ellis "She's a vamp-wolf. They're capable of a lot. More than we think and know. I wouldn't be surprised if she blocked herself and read you instead. (smiling) What was in your mind?"

"Well, I wanted to know why she's after you." says Luke smiling

"OK," says Ellis "So she knows you all are bothered by her going after me and today she's found out Jane is imprinted and can't be touched or possessed. So, she will get to the root of this. Probably she'll try to get Jane somewhere alone to know the imprint symbol. ('Know the imprint symbol?' asks Sam confused) Ah, I don't know how you guys imprint but in vampires, our mate is chosen by destiny. When we hug our true mate, our imprint shows on their neck. Most of the time, that's when we realize we're meant for each other. ('Jared and Sophia?' asks Jane) No she has the mate imprint but mistress one. She in a way belongs to all powerful vampires of that clan. Anyways, each clan has its own symbol and the symbol of the clan leader is a mix of the clan symbol and crown. Once the leader imprints the crown symbol, she's the leader's wife or in my case, the queen. Jane (Jane shows her imprint to the boys.), see its a star with a crown. I'm a celestial vampire so our or celestial vampire family symbol is a star and the ruler, a star with a crown. If mom was alive, Jane's would be smaller but now hers is the biggest in the cosmic vampire clan. The other cosmic vampires will imprint a Star on their mate."
