Leonardo Goes Back To The Cosmic Land

It's been a few days since Leonardo and the boys came with Ellis to the human world. And just when things began going in a routine one day Leonardo says, "Ellis, I need to go back to cosmic land but the boys will stay here."

"What? Why? All of a sudden, it doesn't make sense." says Ellis

"Ellis, I have to get and check everything is OK. As the ruler's bodyguard force leader, the castle is also my priority. I'll be back soon."

Ellis agrees and Leonardo takes leave. Leonardo speaks in his mind saying 'I'm sorry Ellis, for lying but I can't let you know the cosmic castle is under attack. I promise to protect it, boys hope to see you soon and leaves.

As Leonardo approaches the castle he sees legion vampires are attacking the castle. Lucifer is fighting with all his might. Leonardo takes a big leap and lands in front of Lucifer catching him before he falls. Seeing Leonardo, Lucifer says, "You guys came."

"Only me, I left the boys to protect Ellis but don't worry I'll take over you rest. Ellis will never forgive me if anything happens to you. He cares a lot for his family and friends."

Making sure Lucifer is safe, Leonardo takes over from the voyager vampire army and fights the legion vampires. He manages to fight all of them but out of the blues a Slytherin attacks and Leonardo falls but a werewolf grabs him before he falls to the ground. Seeing Fallon, Leonardo says, "Fallon, how?"

"Leonardo, do you think you can say anything to Ellis and he'll believe you. He's a cosmic vampire and the ruler. He can read you whenever he wants. He knew coming here was not a simple visit, so he told me to follow you. Now let's deal with this thing."

But unfortunately, the Slytherin is too powerful. Just as it's about to attack Lucifer a swirling cloud arises in the sky and the cosmic ground gates open. Ellis enters and the gates close halfway through again. Seeing Ellis the Slytherin attacks, but Ellis summons his sword and cuts it into pieces. Then Fallon joins Ellis and both start fighting the legion vampires. And Leonardo also joins them. Seeing the legion vampires are not backing off, Ellis gets angry. His eyes turn red and he summons his sword but this time his sword is a sword blazing in the fire. He strikes it in the air and arrows of fire go flying towards the legion vampires burning them to ashes. Watching the front troop burn to ashes, Ellis gives a warning, "As vampires, I give you one last chance to leave or else…"

Seeing they cannot out beat Ellis they leave.

Ellis goes over to Leonardo and asks if he's ok. Replying, Leonardo says, "Yes, but you should have not come."

"Yes and leave you here to fight alone. And uncle Lucifer, I have barely met you, and you have plans to leave me already. You know you should have called me. And, Leonardo, what's with coming alone. Look, stop doing things the way you used to without me, ok. you've done a lot, now you're not alone." Says Ellis

Getting up Lucifer says, "Ellis, you mean the world to us. We can't risk your life and protecting you is our priority."

Picking his hands up Ellis says, "Ok, good and thanks you guys did a great job, now is it hard for you guys to accept I'm not a kid anymore."

Just as Leonardo was about to say something Osmond came flying down. All look at what happened but before Leonardo could say anything a winged being captures Osmond. Seeing Osmond is captured Ellis says, "Oh no you don't. That's the last straw. Whichever dinosaur you are. You're history."

Ellis summons his sword and cuts it into pieces. As he cuts it, the being burns to ashes. "Osmond, are you OK?" Ellis asks

Osmond comes flying to Ellis and rests his head on Ellis's shoulder. Ellis pats on the head and says, "I promise Osmond no one will ever harm you. Now, go back home and rest."

Osmond flies off to the highest tower.

Looking at Ellis, Lucifer says, "You're right Ellis, you're not a kid anymore. Especially after seeing the blazing sword. The blazing sword was given as a token of appreciation from the gods of fire to your father. Looks, like the gods have given you too. That means you're capable of handling it."

Looking amazed Ellis says, "It's the first time I saw the sword myself. I thought I got it cause I'm on cosmic land. If it's off the gods, I'll definitely be careful. So, Leonardo, is this why you came back?"

"Yes, I got a message that the castle will be attacked. I can't take risks with your life so, I left the boys there and came. I had intentions of calling the other celestial beings to help in case I would not be able to handle them but you came before that."

"How many are there of you?" asks Ellis

"Well, not sure but I think around 25-30,000. Why?" says Leonardo

"Should know certain facts, it's better. Now, can we go back home? I was planning on bringing Jane here as soon as Devon gets better. This is my home and our marriage will take place in the human world and here. Plus she desperately wants to meet Lucifer, Lona and Velorie."

"Yes, Ellis, we can go back." says Leonardo

As Lucifer was about to say something a celestial being appears before them and says, "Hail to the cosmic ruler. Sire it's nice to see you are safe. Sire, sorry we came late and you had to deal with the legion vampires and the Dectertail."

"Dectertail, I thought it was a dinosaur. Do they exist here?" asks Ellis

"Sire, Dectertail is a celestial being. It was created as a means to help us in going through portals but, when they got possessed by the slytherin, we didn't know and now they keep attacking Osmond and the other cosmic birds." the celestial being said.

"OK, now I have two lists. One is of the beings that need to be taught a lesson or banished and the other is of beings possessed and need to be saved. Fine, I'll see what to do about these Dectertails as well and soon. Till that please take care of the comics birds. And, please convey my message, no Sire it's Ellis. I hate formalities."

Smiling Lucifer says, "Leonardo, please take Ellis back safely. I'll send some voyager vampires to protect the highest tower so Osmond and his family can rest."

Leonardo agrees and gestures to Ellis to leave.

Ellis looks at Lucifer and says, "Won't Lona and Velorie mind, I'm going without meeting them?"

"Ellis, calling Lona and Velorie over is not easy. Leaving the gates without leadership is throwing the axe on your own foot. And, taking you there is a risk we can not take. We don't know what will happen the moment you step on that ground. Now, don't waste time and go back. Be safe, be alert and Leonardo please, It's a personal request to take care of Ellis for us."

Leonardo says, "You don't have to say that. Till I met Ellis, I only thought of this as my duty and the reason I'm created, but the moment I met Ellis, it's my priority to protect Ellis. I'll take leave now. Ellis, let's go."

And so Ellis, Leonardo and Fallon leave cosmic land.

On the way they stop by a waterfall. As they are resting a mermaid appears. Fallon gets up instantly and tells the boys to get back.

Leonardo gets up and goes over to Fallon and says, "What's that?"

Seeing the mermaid Ellis says, "It's a mermaid. Half fish half human. I thought it was mythical, but now nothing is mythical, see its alive."

"Ellis, it's nothing like the fairy tales," says Fallon "They are wicked to the core."

"Could it be any more wicked than the smugger. Doubt it. What do you want (Ellis looks at the mermaid).

"I just came out for some air. This part of the land is not known to humans so we can come out and relax here on the rocks without worrying of being caught. As for being wicked, it's to protect us. But I sense pure souls in your bodies. I swear I'll do no harm."

"Ellis, please stay away, for some odd reason I can't believe she's telling the truth." says Fallon

Ellis says, "Let's find out (he goes forward and gives his hand to the mermaid to shake. The mermaid also shakes hands). She's pure by heart."

Surprised, Patricia asks, "Who are you?"

"That's not important. We just need to rest here for a while. So, you rest in your corner, we'll rest in ours." signaling to the boys Ellis goes and sits on one side of the rock. Fallon and Leonardo go sit next to him.

Ellis lies down and closes his eyes. Seeing him rest, Fallon and Leonardo sit up to guard. Then the mermaid comes close and says, "You both must be tired also. I'm a fish so I don't need hours of sleep like you. Why don't you both sleep? I'll look over your precious boy."
