4. It Could Be

"Just kill me if there is no chance for me to meet my wife!".

Lesmana stared at his son in law. He was in deep frustration.

"You are well now, Hendra. Let go off my daughter. Let her enjoy her youth life while she is still able to". Aruna' father tried to make him not too pushy. Lesmana knew that the heir of extraordinarily wealthy family was too much dependent on her daughter. His instinct as a father and his long experience worked at Wenceslas family made him aware how awful it would be for Aruna if she was still part of that family.

"She is not home right now. You should see how happy she is to be able to go out. She might be at her campus now".

"I can't. I can't keep my life going without her". He still insisted.

"If only you knew. She cried of happiness and hugged me several times once I allowed her to go out". Again, Lesmana was trying to give a clue of his position at that time.

"I'll give everything that makes her happy". He said stubbornly.

"Don't you understand? The freedom my daughter dreamed about is impossibility for women in your family. Let alone for the wife of the only heir". As an ex aide he knew this very well. He had to protect the lady in the same position at that time.

Gayatri life story was almost similar to Aruna's. Wenceslas enemies made her an easy target as the wife of an heir. They did many ways to prevent her from giving descendant. Even to kill her if it was needed. It worked like that. The same pattern from time to time.

"Give me time. I will make what impossible to be possible. I just need your grant, father". Hendra kept trying to convince his father in law. He knew well Aruna listened to his her father.

"I wish I could. But if…". His words unfinished

"Tell Aruna that she is permitted to come back to me. That is all". Hendra needed Lesmana's approval. He knew well that she would obey her father.

"If Aruna wants it". Lesmana reminded hendra's position.

"Yes, she will…". Hendra was sure Aruna would come back to him. They loved each other. Not one sided love that he thought he had for her so far.

"Aruna…?" Agus was stuttered as if he saw a ghost while that girl was standing by the stairs. Aruna just went up to the second floor. The alarm he set on the first floor and connected to second floor for visitors' coming had been out of function. No one initiated to fix it.

"Agus, fix the door's sensor!". Aruna could not stand for not commenting everything.

"Sister Aruna…". And everyone gathered to greet her. During working hours, everyone was busy but not with Tito, Laras, and Agus. They were doing nothing specific.

"What are you doing, Gus?Where are the others? Ugh…this place looks a mess!". Does Damar drop by often?no I don't think so! And I bet you are too lazy to clean up this place!". Aruna's cheerful bubble filled up the room. She looked completely different when she was in Wenceslas family. The founder of Magic Letter instantly melting with her role even though she has gone for some time. Aruna was very enthusiastic leader, initiator, and motor of the Magic Letter. She knew how to motivate her friends.

"Been missing you long… We should share our nostalgia… have some fun. Not bubbling around like this". Agus mocked her.

"You talk too much too. Why don't you fix the sensor instead?" she walked to him and pulled his over chubby body off the coach. That made her almost lost her balance.

"Agus…! Should I buy you avocado juice?". She knew his favorite drink of that boy.

"As you wish, Madam". He stood up abruptly. Wide smile was on his face.

Aruna

Aruna took a deep breath. A minute later she prasied him, "Agus is the best!"

Aruna knew how to lead her best friends. Her experience in helping and assisting them made her able to ask them do what she wanted. She picked up good leadership skill while getting along with them. This enabled her to share some tasks easily. And amazingly her friends voluntarily did her ideas. She stressed out that all for their own goodness.

"Tito, Laras, could you please help me clean all this mess? Leave your job now. I believe it will be comfortable if it is not like a wreck". She convinced them. Both of them followed her orders.

"By the way, where are the others?". She inquired while cleaning the second floor.

"Sister Timi has a appointment with a customer". Replied Tito.

"The, sister Lily asked sister Andin to shadow her". Added Laras.

"Gees, Lily. How could she?'. Aruna could not understand it. Lily grew more unique while she was gone.

"Don't you want to know sister Dea?". Now Laras aked her back.

"I'm sending her to campus to find out my lecture schedules., and lists of assignment I haven't completed. She will be home soon". Aruna replied calmly.

"I bet she will be so much happy to see you back. She got so much stress dealing with our undisciplined". Laras admitted.

"hahahaha, don't tell me you're naughty, huh?".

"Sometimes, we are just irritating. Hehehe". Laras smiled widely.

"Is it true you're back for good?". Tito was wondering.

"Don't you like it, Tito?"

"On the contrary, I love it! I'm just asking. Does it mean you separated with your husband?" Tito's curiosity was reasonable. Every day he got a call from Damar, his senior, that was now turned to be in the same level due to his laziness. Damar asked him to be his eyes and inform him all he knew about Aruna.

The news about Aruna's back home made that Padang young man come back and forth to their place. He turned to be nicer and wanted to join Magic Letter again to see Aruna again.

_ugh, so annoying! Why did I agree with Danu Damar's will?_ Tito regretted his decision in his heart.

"Tito, what did you just say?". Laras approached him and hit him with something.

"Maybe". Aruna replied it shortly. Suddenly her motion slowed down with whatever she was doing.

"See?". Tito blocked Laras punch on his shoulder.

"It's impossible for Aruna to be here and be back to take care of Magic Letter. That is totally out of the question for a wife of a conglomerate unless she…em…". His voice trailed off on his last words. He was trying to wipe out his negative thought while taking away the thing Laras used to punch him. Suddenly he felt awkward.

Aruna froze.
