26. It’s just a splotch
'HENDRA, WHAT ARE YOU DOING??"
A slap landed on his face. She got up quickly to tidy herself.
"My shirt? Where is it? I wanna go home!" she was totally in rage.
"Calm down Aruna. Calm down" he got up from bed and walked to the woman who was furious.
"I wanna go home. Give me the key!"She insisted on taking the key to the door.
"You can't go home now. It is my place that means it is your real home now" he touched her to calm her down.
"Don't you dare to touch me! Go away!" she flew her fist to punch his chest furiously.
"Are you angry just because I saw your most intimate part or I saw your burn?"
She opened her eyes in disbelieved. Those brown eyes started reddened and watery.
"I hate you, Hendra! Please go away! Or let me go now!" instead of obeying her, Hendra put his arms around her to comfort her.
"I'm sorry… I just wanted to change your jeans into something more comfortable to wear". He let himself be hit wildly by his outrageous wife.
"Go! Leave me alone!" she finally burst into tears when Hendra hugged her tightly.
"I love you whoever you are and whatever you are. I have known this issue far before you realized it. Nothing to be ashamed of. Never ask me to find another woman just because of that burn." He kept talking to calm her down. She did not stop punching him.
"Hiks..hiks…hiks Aruna could not hold her sadness any longer. She burst into tears and hid herself on his chest. She was helpless that Hendra finally found her most hidden secret she carefully kept alone.
Aruna had a burn she carefully kept as a secret so that no one knew. It was around the crotch. It was like a wrinkled rash which looked contrast with her white clear flawless skin.
"Calm down Hendra caressed her hair, kissed it, and put her in his arms trying to comfort her from the anger due to her sadness.
He carefully lifted her and lay her on the bed, still caressing her. Aruna sill held her head buried in Hendra's chest. Slowly her cry was fading away due to tiredness.
She glanced at him through the corner of her eye. Hendra smiled when he saw his wife was looking at his face.

"It's just a spot"

"Dad, where is Aruna? I don't see her in her bedroom" Ananta walked down the stairs and met his father who had not slept yet.he was unable to sleep and spent the night by watching television in the family room.
"She had to finish her group assignment with her team. She spent the night at Dea's home." He replied his son and put some snacks to his mouth.
"I'm worried, Dad. Let me pick her up now"
"Leave her… she will be home tomorrow morning. She might be tired and wanted to rest at her friend's. It's pretty far the distant of her campus from here. She ever asked me to allow her to live somewhere near the campus"
"t's not the right time for her, yet, Dad. You know Mahendra badly want her. I don't want her fall on the wrong hands of that man again.
"They are still tied in a legal marriage, Anantha"

Hendra got up to pick up Aruna's mobile phone. He checked the new messages coming from Anantha, Aruna's brother. He took a deep breath. He did not close his eyes even a bit last night
He knew a divorce file was laid on his table. The girl in his arms did not know anything about it. He tightened his arms around her and kissed her forehead softly.

"Good morning, honey" he greeted her when Aruna came to the kitchen. Hendra decided to prepare breakfast for her while she was still in her comfortable sleep. He skillfully threw the fried food on the rying pan.
Aruna smiled widely as she found him making things for her without disturbing her sleep at all.
She looked at several kinds of food on the table. She sat relaxingly on a round chair in front of the pantry while watching Hendra showing off his skill in cooking.
Suddenly he beckoned to her to come closer. He kissed her on the lips when Aruna responded to his beckoning. She smiled to the sweetness of the blue-eyed man gave to her.
"Look at your eyes. They are swollen due to too much crying. Aruna kissed him back. She smiled sheepishly.
"Hendra I want to take a bath. Are there any spare clothes for me here?" Hendra stopped a while.
"Just wash your face and have your breakfast first. The food is much better eaten while they are still hot. She nodded and then disappeared in the bathroom. She came back with much better look and fresh.
"I was looking so messy but you didn't say anything" she pouted her lips of annoyance.
"Errr.. is there anything I can do here?" Aruna offered her help.
"No, thanks. Just sit down. It will be ready in a few minutes" Hendra smiled and put more plates of food on the table.
"You have to eat them all. I want you to gain a little weight"
"he.. he..he.." She chuckled. The word gained had certain meaning as Hendra looked at her tummy on special meaning in her ears.
"Alright. Pass me the spoon. I will make my body gain more. Ha…ha…"
While she was enjoying her meal, a couple of eyes could not stop looking at her.
"Don't you have your breakfast?" Aruna asked. And that sudden question ruined his dreaming.
"Yes sure" He took a plate and put some food on it.
For some moment he enjoyed what he had on his plate. Once in a while he glanced her from the tail of his eyes.
"Hendra, what else now? Please finish your meal" that beautiful girl seemed uncomfortable with the way Hendra look at her.
"Aruna,…emm… can I bath you after breakfast?" he pleaded. He was trying to control the desire in a way not to scare her.
