134. Shackles

Who was parking that expensive car in a place like this?

A repeating déjà vu?

Or, could his guess be right?

Damar went back to his house, putting down his helmet on the shelf near the door. Hurried upstairs. The screaming question in his mind could no longer be restrained any longer. Aruna, she couldn't stay like this forever.

"Aruna," Damar took off his leather jacket.

The girl on the bed was about to close her eyes, ready for a moment of respite. Back lying comfortably on the bed, she sat up, hands propped by her sides. A slight confusion on her eyes, "You got the doctor already?"

"Are you going tobe alright without an IV tonight?" It sounded wrong. Wasn't he the one who insisted for her to get one?

"I said I'm fine," Aruna reminded him.
