"You don't want to ask why I let you in when she's sleeping?" Damar wondered at Hendra's quiet acceptance which was so different from what he used to associate Aruna's husband with. He wasn't privy about Hendra's further understanding of Aruna.

Hendra shook his head, surprising the artist. If Aruna wanted to meet him, she would contact him herself. If she didn't want to meet him, then, Aruna must have her own hidden reason she already thought about. For Hendra, knowing Aruna staying with Damar was much more acceptable than her being with his family's archenemy – the Tarantula.

What he didn't think at the moment was why his wife was staying with Damar. The blue eyed man didn't want to spoil his happiness at the chance of seeing his wife.

Stepping up the wooden stairs to the second floor, Hendra strode ahead, passing Damar's normal pace. Opening the door, he hurried to the person laying asleep on the bed, hugging a body pillow close to her chest, comfortably.
