As soon as she thought about him, a very pissed looking Ford rounded the corner to the lobby and sauntered towards the doors. Think of the devil, Ford shall appear.

He checked a door three doors below to the boy's. It was locked.

He moved to the one beside it that was locked as well.

She saw him trying the third door and it was too, locked.

Now he was going to enter the door that boy was hiding behind. What to do to stop him distract him.

She looked around and grabbed an empty bear can from the floor, without thinking she threw the can in the lobby away from the door he was about to enter.

He couldn't see her doing it since he was facing the door opposite to her.

As soon as the can hit the floor Ford's attention was on it like a predator's on his moving prey.
