After the jury and judge had filed out everyone slowly, it appeared to Elisabeth, began to move. Gregory Waite, unsure of what to do was being told by the sheriff's officer that they were finished with him and he could leave.

Russell was standing quietly with his guard, waiting for Elisabeth to turn to him. She did as she stripped down to suit and bare head, saying she, they, would be up to see him again tonight. Russell departing she looked further afield and received a shock on seeing Steven Lister sitting with Joe a couple of rows back in the gallery. They joined them, passing the prosecution accompanied by Phillip Milne who had spent the day sitting in the first row immediately behind Thierry Richards.

'Tony was here again,' Robert informed her as they made ready to leave.

'No earth shattering surprises. Been here long?'
