Arrays of coincidence

It was around 6 Pm in the whole city, the time when the people returned back to their home after a long day of hard work.

"Oh my, What is that car doing here?" Few woman who had returned back from their duties holding shopping bags full of vegetables whispered with each other gesturing towards a car that was parked in the external parking lot of one of the apartment house.

A black Lamborghini was parked among other simple and normal cars making it stand out.

Because it was an expensive car in a normal locality as theirs it was indeed a weird sight to see.

Inside the car was a man with god like side profile, perfect jawline and high bridge nose that gave his face a three dimensional structure.

But this handsome guy over here sneaked a look out of the window when he noticed the weird gazes that were thrown at him, rather thrown at his car.

Letting out a long sigh the man lamented, "What the hell am I even doing here?" Ryan looked at the back seat of his car which was now loaded with white lilies flowers.

As soon as his shoot was over, instead of heading back to his company, his reached the flower shop since it had been the only thing in his mind the whole day.

From his car he looked at the closed shop and decided it was for the best that it was closed. Maybe they were not destined to cross path with each other after all.

He recognized her the moment he saw her. It was the same girl who was kidnapped by his mental psychotic uncle. Since they had crossed path he wanted to make up for the last time by doing the simplest thing he could.

The white lilies but maybe they were not meant to see each other. He thought as he was about to get back in to the car.

"Wait! Mr. Ryan" A cheerful and aged voice called him just as he was about to lock the door.

Mrs. Botania was juts about to leave the shop and head over the school to get her boy and leave for hospital when she caught the image of back of her regular VIP customer.

There was no way she was not going to recognize him.

Ryan was startled when someone called him even though he had that calm and composed aura covering his entire body.

"Mrs. Botania, hello." Ryan looked at the elderly lady who had been the permanent florist for the family ever since the time of his mother. In fact she was the friend of his mother.

"Thank god , I caught you just in time." She let out a sigh of relief looking at him. "You grew up big in no time…pheww." She let out a breathe.

Ryan gave her a brief yet sincere smile but there was respect towards her in his gesture and eyes.

"Here." She handed him a key that she was holding in her hand.

"What is it for?" Ryan gave her a confused look taking the key.

"The white lily flowers, they are inside." She winked at him.

"All the best my boy." She turned to go around.

"All the best for what?" Ryan was even more confused with her speaking in riddles.

Letting out a soft laughter she looked at him with smile. "I know they are for the young miss who was here earlier." She gave him a I-know-all look.

Ryan spoke nothing and just watched her go holding the key in his hand.

And after the series of action, by asking Jack to mail the address of her house and placing the thirty flowers inside his car he was ready to act as a deliveryman.

He could not trust his subordinate with this task and the only man capable of the job was out of city.

Hence, here he was, the movie emperor acting like a deliveryman for one of a common people, not that he hated it though.

Parking his car in a parking lot of certain house of someone, Ryan felt helpless looking at himself and his action.

"Maybe I should turn back when I have chance." Ryan was about to drive the car out of the parking lot when there was a slight knock on the window of his car.

He was about to ignore it when he heard the familiar voice.

He rolled down the window of the car slowly while keeping his gaze fixed on the face outside. As soon as he did so, a familiar head poke inside.

"Hah.,This car I knew it was you." Liam who was on the balcony of the apartment after a fine meal had noticed the car in parking lot.

He had waited for some time before ambushing him in the parking lot.

"I was not expecting to meet you here!" Liam had a smirk on his face looking at the face of Ryan who had expression of being caught in action of doing something shameless.

"And neither did I!" Ryan looked at him but did not speak what he wanted to say.

"So what are you here for?" Liam asked him in the same tone.

But Ryan was not going to tell him he was here to deliver flower now was he? Instead with a straight face he looked as Drake poising a question.

"Why are you here? Aren't you supposed to go visit your mom today with someone?" Ryan remembered him telling him about a girl he wished to take to visit the graveyard of his mom.

"That…She hates graveyard so we just returned." Liam spoke with a little bitter face.

"But its fine, its her mom birthday today. I can just make up with it." Liam looked bright and cheery, different from what he looked a second ago.

Ryan caught the main word in his sentence.

Mother's birthday? Same place? Same time?

What was the probability of coincidence? Ryan eyed Liam with scanning hawk eyes.

"Is the girl named Lucia the one you have been following like crazy?" Ryan asked raising his eyebrows in a high arc.

"Yes, how did you know?" Liam was surprised that he knew it was Lucia instead of thinking why he knew her.

Ryan did not speak anything as he looked with a straight face at Liam.

"White lilies!! What a coincidence man!" Liam's sight fell on the flowers covering the whole back seat.

"Her mother loves white lilies too but she said she could not find the ones she wanted for her mom." Liam let out a sigh.

"Some perverted rich man seemed to have taken the flowers from the florist." Liam quoted what Lucia had told him about the flowers.

Ryan who was the so called perverted rich man: "..."

Liam on other hand looked at flowers like a man in tragedy when a flash of glint passed through his eyes.

White lilies? The same venue? The same person? The same time?

What was the chances of it being just a mere coincidence?

"You…"

Both of them looked at each other with wide opened eyes when they realized they had come for the same person.
