He felt that he was on cloud nine when his friend complimented him.
They both entered the party just on time, the party was already filled with people. The venue was extravagant and exquisite giving off noble vibes. Everyone there was acting very noble and their manners, their habits, and their dressing sense were a bit over the top.
Ben looked at everyone around him, it was the first time a commoner with a low family number was let to party with the high numbered families. Until the others knew about this there was no problem with Ben.
Max and Li Shin had also arrived at the venue and found the two friends goofing around and waiting for them.
Everyone was in a joyous mode and was enjoying the party to the maximum. Ben had never been to parties before and he hated parties, well that was before he had turned thirteen, these few days made a lot of changes in him.
He ate and drank with his friends, of course, it was stuff only children were allowed to eat and drink.
Ben was enjoying everything around him, It was an hour after they had come to the party, suddenly he heard strange whispers from the ladies and men around him.

He looked around and was astonished to see they were talking about him.
Ben felt strange, everything around him felt different after he heard what they said. He felt wasted as if everything he had worked for the last few days had gone to waste. "Nobles and commoners is this how the world works", Ben couldn't get his mind out of it.
That's when the host of the party came along with his daughter and another girl.
Ben was lost in thoughts he didn't see what was happening around him. Once the host came to the party the music increased and it was dance time.
Ben was standing there still unaware of what was happening around him. "Ben, Ben, dude....", Ricky and Max were shouting, whereas Li Shin was eating something and speaking to him in a muffled voice with something in his mouth. Ben looked around and could see his friends standing beside him staring ahead, so he looked in the direction, and could see two beautiful girls come towards the place he was standing.
It was none other than Jasmine and Kelly. They came towards the group and chatted as they would usually do.
Ben couldn't take his eyes of Kelly, he totally forgot what he was thinking about and was mesmerized by her beauty.
"Would you like to dance with me?", asked Ben to Kelly, everyone's jaws just got to the floor.
"Sure, I would like to ", said Kelly slightly blushing.
Ben liked dancing and he used to dance to rock music when he was alone, he had never danced to this kind of music, but he thought that he can learn the steps while dancing.
They both were slow and messy at first, they slowly learned how to dance by watching others around them.
It was the best moment of both their lives. Kelly had never been treated as a girl by her old classmates as she had this condition, whereas Ben never has spoken to girls until this year, so this was a new experience and both were enjoying it.
Time seemed to slow down and everything was going fine.

"Everyone duck down take cover", said Ben intercepted the peaceful dance environment, Everyone looked at him as if he was blabbering nonsense and disturbing them.
His friends rushed towards him, suddenly Ben fell completely knocked out.

Everyone cleared out of the building and Max took Ben on his shoulder when they moved out. Everyone was worried about what happened. The buildings around them were rumbling and some even broke down, none of the hover cars, buses, and boards were able to operate as the energy had made all the magnetic fields in them go haywire.
"Ben wake up, buddy", Ricky was almost in tears, he didn't know what to do. Jasmine's father made plans to get everyone to the nearest shelter.
