The Fae's golden cocoon was not even slightly harmed from their attacks. There were no cracks on its surface, nor could they get any spells past it.
Fen dashed to the side to avoid her lashing magic. She wasn't using her words to cast spells, nor was she using any motions. The only indication he had noticed was her eyes flashing golden as she cast spells. "Phoenix!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, recalling the flaming bird back towards himself.
"Cover for Ingrid!" He ordered the summoned creature as the fey turned her attention to his older sister.
Ingrid stood strong atop the hill, her straight sword in hand. Her fiery eyes never left the Fey, she watched the otherworldly being's every motion carefully. As her golden magic lashed out at her, Ingrid sidestepped the spells with ease, and sent waves of fire in response.
