( Anyways back to the story)

A week ago Father an edict from the emperor ordering him to return immediately to Chang'an and of course one word from my father meant that I had to drop everything on my hands and follow my father towards the capital, Tian Yao also decided to tag along with us. A day ago we arrived at Chang'an and stayed in the mansion we brought in the capital.

This morning, I sneaked out without telling father as I needed some time to gather my thoughts when I happen to run into two men shouting and fighting.' How disgraceful shouting and cursing in public. " What's happening here," I asked. In front of me was a young man's clothes drenched in black paint and another man's face covered with red paint. After hearing statements from both sides and the crowd I concluded the one covered in red paint was a fortune-teller who was telling someone's fortune and they were talking about a weather he would live as a Prince Consort. Hearing this the other childe had decided to argue back. The childe spoke up saying " You have completely ruined my outfit now you have to pay for it," hearing him so that reminded me of how cocky Shi Ying ( Father's concubine) was always towards me and Tain An just because she had her bride family backing her up and of my mothers' death.

"Why should he pay for your clothes, when you in return have also splashed paint on this man?" I asked furiously. Beside the childe, there was another man who spoke up for his master saying arrogantly" How dare you to speak to childe like that do you know which family our childe is from. He could even execute you! You should be happy and gratefully that childe hasn't done so,". I shouted back saying "Do you think you can treat anyone however you want? Everything you are proud of, like your noble status and youth were all given to you because you were lucky. So don't mistake luck for a privilege, many people lack money to even buy food. You should be grateful for what you have instead of moaning and complaining about things you want. In this lifetime you were lucky enough to be born with a golden spoon in your mouth* (1) so instead of criticising maybe you could use your money to help those in need!" I lectured. ' Wow, I sound like a wise man.'
