Chapter 20

They rode the elevator in silence. Alex watched her out of the corner of his eye and was itching to pounce on her luscious lips, however, he knew she had to get back to work soon and would still need to eat. If he started caressing her, they would definitely start something and he didn't want them to have to do anything in a hurry.

He opened the door to the house and ushered her into the kitchen.

"You can leave your purse on the couch if you prefer." He said, pointing to the furniture as he opened the cabinets.

"Oh, okay." Camilla answered and deposited her purse on the couch, just like he suggested.
