The two stood there for a few minutes, silent except for the sound of Alex laughing every now and then. He had never been so happy.

'The only thing that can overcome this is if Camilla accepts me back and I can be with her and my son. My family.' he thought.

"Camilla, thanks for that." he finally spoke.

"What exactly are you thanking me for?"

"For giving me this moment with my son. In fact, for having a baby on the way." Alex spoke up and Camilla couldn't help but get emotional.

"Nothing to thank me for. It's not like I planned this."

"It doesn't matter." he approached her and kissed her. Camilla couldn't resist, she decided.

He moved his hand from her belly to Camilla's breasts. She moaned low, but didn't reject him. He understood that she was accepting his advances.

Alex was practically laying Camilla on the couch when she placed her hand on his chest.
