The Orion's Belt Foundation
(A/n: This isn't from any other info you see in other places on the internet, it is my own made organization. It is very similar to the SCP foundation but its quite different. A Scp fan like me i thought i might making my own like this, hope its not copyrighted. Hope you enjoy in this long document)
The Orion's Belt Foundation is purpose is to locating and containing individuals, species, locations, and its whereabouts that has unatural abilities.
The Orion's Belt Foundation is a secret organization entrusted by thegovernments around the globe to contain and study individuals who are called Stand users who have supernatural abilities called Stands. A manifestation of their soul or fighting spirit with different shapes and sizes. If left uncontained, the objects might pose a direct threat to humanity.
The existence of those individuals is withheld from the public to prevent panic or unwanted attention and to allow human civilization to function normally. When a Stand user is discovered, the Foundation deploys agents either to collect and transport the those individuals to a Foundation facility or to contain it at its location of discovery if the transport is not possible or leave them with their normal lives but foundation's agents needs to keep on eye on them 24/7. If those Stand users is too widespread, elusive, or otherwise inaccessible, containment consists of suppressing all knowledge of the subject from the public. Once the Stand user are contained, they are studied by Foundation scientists to know their capabilities. Non-Stand users like the researchers has a device that could see that no human eye could see like seeing ghost and spirits, then they could see the Stands, same with the tactical forces and agents if they encountered them. While studying, researchers needs to be distance the Stand user if they are being hostile, and needed to be fully guarded.
The Foundation maintains documentation for all of the subjects in its custody, which can include or link to related reports and files. These documents describe the subjects and include instructions for keeping them safely or highly contained.
Their are over 115 unidentified Stand users found in total on the foundation. 85 of them are active and contained, 9 of them are on their daily lives but been spying by the field agents from the foundation, four of them are contain it at its usual location of discovery if the transport is not possible, Example like the Stand Strength is somewhere on the ocean contained by the foundation especially Super fly. 17 of the unidentified Stand user's status: Deceased, because either of them are accidentally killed, or terminated cause they gone on a rampage or because their are a huge threat.
The Foundation was founded 50 years ago, in the 1980's, the first phenomenon object they contained is the 6th Stand arrow. They don't use it cuz they try it before and its a disaster.

•Containment Specialists:

-Containment specialists have two main roles at the foundation facilities. Firstly, containment teams are called upon to respond to confirmed cases of anomalous activity to secure and establish initial containment over individuals who are called Stand users and transport them to the nearest foundation containment site.
In addition, foundation containment engineers and technicians are called upon to devise, refine, and maintain containment units and schemes for those bizarre individuals in foundation facilities.

-Researchers are the scientific branch of the foundation, drawn from the ranks of the smartest and best-trained research scientists from around the world. With specialists in every field imaginable, from chemistry and botany to more esoteric or specialized fields such as theoretical physics and xenobiology, the goal of the research projects is to gain a better understanding of the capabilities of those bizarre individuals.

•Field Agents:

-Field agents are the eyes and ears of the foundation personnel trained to look for and investigate signs of bizarre sightings, often undercover with local or regional law enforcement or embedded in local services such as emergency medical services and regulatory organizations. A undercover units, field agents are typically not equipped to deal with confirmed cases of anomalous activity; once such an incident has been confirmed and isolated, field agents will typically call for assistance from the nearest field containment team with the means to safely secure and contain such individuals.
Another note, if those individuals are safe and innocent, the field agents will spy on them and their daily lives 24/7, with hidden security cameras, tiny surveillance drones. If any hostile acts of the individuals, the field agents will immediately barge in and arrest that person.

•Combat Task force Operatives:

-CTF are specialist units comprised of veteran field personnel drawn from all over the foundation. These armed forces are mobilized to deal with threats of a specific nature and can include anything from field researchers specializing in a particular type of Stands to heavily armed combat units tasked to secure certain types of hostile Stand users. There are a lot of different types of CTF's out there in the foundation.

-They're are a type of CTF units, and they are more powerful and deadly because all of them are all Stand users who now works at the foundation.
(Other information about this is classified by the High Councils themselves)

•Site Director:

-Site directors for major foundation facilities are the highest-ranking personnel at that location and are responsible for the continued, safe operation of the site and all of its contained Stand users and projects. All major departmental directors report directly to the Site director, who in turn reports to the High Councils.

•High Council members:
------------------------------------------------------------
-High Council refers to the committee consisting of the highest-ranking directors of the foundation with complete access to all information regarding those individuals in containment, the High Council oversees all foundation operatives worldwide and directs its long-term strategic plans. Furthermore, the identities of all High Coucil members is highly classified; All council members are referred to only by their numertic designation (HC-01 through HC-07).
Six of the members are both three males and three females, but the one in the center; The Founder, has an unknown gender and its identity is more classified than the other council members.

Threat levels:

Level Green: Safe
------------------------------------------------------------
-Level Green means safe cause their abilites are nothing serious and they can be contained a bit easily. However, if that Green level subject has a hostile personality, needs to be heavily guarded.
There are only 12% of those levels in the foundation.

Level Yellow: Problematic
------------------------------------------------------------
-Level Yellow; Problematic means they need to be guarded heavily cause their abilities are quite very tricky and hard to contain them. They sometimes escape and the High councils will figure it out to contain those subjects.
They are over 51% of those levels in foundation.

Level Orange: Destruction
------------------------------------------------------------
-This level is quite dangerous and hard to contained them, those subjects with this level needs to be heavily guarded in deep underground level. Those subject's abilities purpose to killing or very dangerous abilites that be nearly impossible to contain them again.
35% of those levels in the foundation, hard to contain them all.

Level Red: Extinction

-Those individuals with this level migh cause a catastrophe if they roam freely in the world, they might create an end of the world scenario. The subjects need to be in deep underground level than the level Orange threats and needs to be heavily contained with hundreds of guards guarding him/her or to be terminated ASAP, it depends on the decisions of the High Councils.
There are only 2% of those levels in the foundation.

Level Black: Reality Corruption

-Level Black is the most dangerous of all. This Level is need to contain immediately and put them in a artificial coma, this subjects with this level could have the ability to destroy the universe or could collapse the fabric of reality.
Note: There were no Stand users that doesn't have that level but it was mention by the Founder(HC-01) itself. Nobody knows what the founder is saying a hypothesis or actually a true info, and the sleeping pod for the level black subjects didn't even used yet ever since it was built.

TPL Green: Innocent

-Those subjects with that level are kind hearted ones and friendly, or don't have the guts to kill. With this level, the subjects can be treated kindly and let them freely in their normal lives, but needs to be keep on eye on them with the foundation's agents for 24/7.

TPL Orange: Uncertain

-Those subject with that level have a personality that the intelligence are not sure whats their motivation or their plottings. Those subjects might have a large intelligence, murderous plots, and not very sure if they were innocent or not.

TPL Red: Hostile
------------------------------------------------------------
-This subjects in this level are need to be heavily guarded, cuz their personality are might be killers, power strugglers, geniuses, or other that is very intelligent or has an agressive behaviour. They're not suppose to contact any in the outside world and treat them like other dangerous criminals are.

•Biography:

-In the year 1980's, researchers found a meteorite in Greenland. They study it and some them affected by an unknown virus. Some of this researchers are the founders, they took the mineral and studying it. A few years, the Orion's belt foundation was still a small organization until 20██. One of the agents in the foundation first founded the arrow in a abandoned mansion in Egypt. Nobody knows who owned this mansion but the only clue they got is someone name D'arby, the agents interrogated him but he only says to gambling him for the answer. He thought he could win but one of the agents beated him, he underestimated them, so the only thing he said the name of the owner of the mansion is Dio, unfortunately he died. Doing the investigation, their was a road roller on the street so they thought it might be a Stand user who did it, unfortunately their are no security cameras around, they interrogate people and they say their was a strange two guys fighting, so their conclusion was their was a Stand battle going on, they then close the investigation with the arrow in their hands.
On █/█/████ , Dr. ████████ ████ created a device that could see Stands, he gave it to the Agents, researchers, guards, and other staffs in the foundation. 1990's they created a device that could erased the person's memories in a flash of light if they saw any bizarre sightings.
