Mind break

I finally have a weapon which i can use finally i am not a deadweight to wong andnow i can show my usefulness .


As the emerald jaguar retreated after i heroically killed all the people of his tribe   (let me have this one ) i and wong ran after him with wong taking the lead .I am genuinely surprised by how fast wong can run even after being old 


It retreated to its temple and closed the door by pulling a lever with its paws .This is the smartest thing i have seen any animal do . Wong strapped his final piece of explosive to the door and blasted the door to smithereens. 


We went inside and he was sitting on his throne ready for a boss fight 


he stood up from his throne  and roared  his nails became sharper  his body began to grow in size , while rearing its original characteristics 


He pounced on me before i could pulse him i fell on the ground and just as he was about to bite me wong shot him with his tranquilizer gun


He felt weaker but he was awake he kept lingering and changed his target to wong and charged towards him 


Wong tried to smack him with the stock on the gun he avoided his blow and scratched wong with his claws and he barely avoided it  but he stumbled and fell on the ground and he tried to bite him but in the nick of time wong's put his  stock  between his teeth and both were struggling with each other  and the zaguar was taking over 


Wong was losing strenght in his arms and the gun he was holding was about to break down 


 he knew that i was an easy target so he turned to wong but i stood up and rushed infront of the zaguar and said my final words to him "Checkmate" as i blasted him into oblivion and wong remained unharmed 


The head of zaguar crashed into a pillar and  due to the speed he broke the pillar and died


The pillar was the main which kept the temple standing as everything begin to collapse  quickly


I lend wong a hand and he stood up he rushed towards the corpse " come help me fit into the bag " It was very difficult but we somehow packed him


Both of us grabbed his body and ran as fast we can . It was a life or death moment for us 


Both of us exited throught the side exit of the temple from which previously the jaguar entered


And we safely reached outside the temple with our catch . While the entire temple crumbled . 


"You finally have become somewhat reliable my boy , but there is still much to learn " he said resting his arm on my shoulder while panting


Later wong sprayed something on the body i asked him bout it "


"This prevents degradation of the body for about 24 hours .It is made from cabylion's blood  after a full spraying session he removed the emerald from the zaguar's forehead and gave it to me "


"Keep it for the time being later return it to me 


I felt a sense of trust between wong and me as i noded with a smile


and as we were both exhausted mentally from the  fight  we decide to camp out for the night
