Mind break

We reached the dungeon and there were only three of us we both and the one who organized the raid


"Looks like no one is going to come despite the rewards "


"Look you guys can also go home now there is no raid because NOONE came "


Without paying attention to him we quietly went isnside the dungeon 


The dungeon entrance was above ground but the dungeon was underground the dungeon entrance was blocked by an iron gate the gates were open the inside of the dungeon was man made or atleast some species but  because it had walls only a human could make in all of the species present here the bricks and the sand had the same color  as we went deeper i noticed there were inscriptions on the wall  in a foreign language


"ah yes these are ancient inscriptions they are around 600 years old "


i tuned towards the voice and met the person w who organized the raid


"i think we haven't been introduced my name is nori nam the one who organized this failure  and you ? "


"why did you enter the dungeon i think i cancelled all the rewards "


"We don't care about the rewards now get moving "


I used my phone to.scan the inscription and they were very ominous 


It read ' we are currently begining trials on this power we don't yet fully understand it is it a boon or bane is the question'


While exploring further down the dungeon we encountered a lot of monsters . There were lots of skeletons and living armors and sentient flying swords that levitated on their own . 


And there were a lot of arrays of mana circles summoning those so called safety measures according to the inscriptions while there were many inscriptions on the walls but all said the same thing .

We reached the deepest point in the dungeon a stone wall was waiting for us 


"I think it is time for us to head back "when i stepped on a trapdoor and fell in a hole 


I was too shocked to take action instead I was trying to flutter like a bird . I crashed and fell into a deep sleep


when i came to be i was wet with water and the entire floor was submerged with water covering my foot to ankles and there was a light source on the ceiling and below it there was a pedestal with a book placed on it 


The book was only thing that was dry when i examined the book it contents were shocking
