Mind break

It the dawn of a new day around 7.30 am . The su rising people setting up their shops , cleaning up their places , drawing water from the well , farmers outside the walls . Tilling the land . taking the cattle to graze . 


And us waking up at around 9.30 am . Well since McElroy wasn't well i have been feeding him prescribed medicines from the doctor . And after looking at McElroy condition it made him sweat . Because he require a large amount of dose of pyretics to.lower his body temperature temporarily.  But he doesn't show any aigns of diseases . And he is still is on bedrest .


Every mansion at least has 10 maids . We could only afford to keep only 1 . But on the positive side she is really a hard worker . She tends to overwork a bit even if we are watching or not 


She has a meek behaviour and she sometimes looks like a child . Once she fainted while working so we decided give her break .


It was time for us to leave . And i screw that up after i woke up at 10.30 am on an angry knocking on the front door while the maid is on a break . 


I yawn a bit loudly and go to the verandah . And i see Livia and Joanne angrily staring at me .


Jay : (still sleepy ) why are you guys here now ? 


And then Livia smacked me with her hand .


Joanne : (Sighs ) Today we were supposed to leave you forgot didn't you . 


Jay : (Entirely awake ) Sorry but my patner draws up the plans . That's why i got late . 


I dressed up and packed up last minute by cramming things into my storage space.  


And then i was ready to go . We were on the carriage bought by me and we started chit chatting.


 And then i remembered i forgot my phone .


 So i just put on my best available helmet they had and applied some good buffs on me . And braced for impact . as the phone came flying and hit my head so hard . That it caused a dent in the helmet and i was almost going to pass out from the blood flowing out from my head . But we had a healer . 


 Well it would takes us 3 days to reach at the destination 


Livia : So why did you join the guild .


Jay : Always broke , no experience in business . 


          but the Guild pays good money and thus i am here .


Livia : Well as for me , guild is a stepping stone for me because i want to become a master tamer and live upto my family name .


Now both of our eyes were on Joanne as she felt slightly uncomfortable but she was confident .


And the rest of the time was passed as we were getting closer and closer we saw fires burning and destroyed  houses animals , monsters and humans slaughtered .


The skeletons showed no discrimination to anything .


Soon we reached Fort Bronx . The outpost ehich managed to fight off the slaughter
