Mind break

The general's answer really shook me off . How can i take on a marquess let alone the entire Chronal kingdom by myself .


Even if i have special buffs it still wouldn't be enough for me to take on the marquess let alone the kingdom . What was he thinking.  Besides being a hero has it's own limits . Anyway


After this Chris felt so humiliated he left the party to keep his pride and ego from shattering into pieces while people were coming to talk with me and some avoided me .


Those who talked with me wanted to create friendly relations for their own profit . While doing this they even offered their daughters as a bargaining chip it made me feel disgusted . 


After avoiding people i entered the balcony without anyone noticing . And with a drink in my hand i started into the distant starry night . And then a familiar voice called onto me .


? : Are you enjoying the party i threw Mr . Jay .


I turned around and found an unexpected surprise it was the general all along .


Jay : Well after the commotion i came here for a bit to relax .


General : I know those people can be really handful sometimes always exerting their authority on people weaker than them just to satisfy their ego .


Jay : I want to ask you something , may i  ?


Jay : You told Chris that i had the power to crush entire an entire kingdom .


Jay : So where am i gonna get  all of this power from I'm just a simple man living a simple life and I'm not even nobility .


General:  You are a part of nobility and you also have the authority of commanding . 


General : Maybe this picture will jog your memory .


He went inside and bought a painting of a woman with red hair sitting on a chair wearing a tiara on her hed .  She looked oddly familiar have i met her before .


At that moment my memory really started running i finally remembered her . It has been such a long time  after which i saw her face .


General : So you finally remember (bows on his knees ) Your highness or maybe i should say The hero of the Crimson Dawn .
