Mind break

The veil of light shall soon be removed . The kingdom of Chroma shall soon be in ruins . This is the time when the era of the demon king will arrive . The key is in Chroma . 


The little sister is also an regressor.  There are 2 types of regressors . Incomplete and Complete regressors . Those who regress at the start of their life are complete regressors . Those who regress at an certain event or time are incomplete regressors .  Both of the sisters were incomplete regressors . While the older one is the face of the family the spotlight the younger is responsible for looking out for the family from the dark . Thus she held the nickname Dark . 


What is the occupation of the Willaims family you may ask . It is mostly trading merchandise , clothes , accessories,  and raw materials . But on the flip side assassination , the black market , and the information is handled by the younger one . 


Despite so much power both regressed after being killed. The reason is the William family itself . And their greed of power and wealth . Their father , Roy Willaim is the reason both of them were killed , executed . He has special connections to the royal family. Her daughter controls the underworld.  But he is underworld himself . The only way to stop him is to kill him . But no one has been able to make a scratch on him . 


Even now his daughter's are free to do anything but they are too afraid to do anything . But what happens when an unknown factor clashes with the reaction . The readings differ and sometimes become unpredictable to a certain extent or they have no boundaries. 


The little sister today has come to make a report  to her father . 


Rachel : Today I have appointed him as my new right hand man . He will act on my behalf as well as protect me in times of need . 


Roy Williams is a calculating man he stared at me . But before him any person would have trembled . I was still standing before him .


Roy : It seems you have made a good choice but I want to check his combat process also . 


Lead him to the knights training grounds. I will see whether he is capable of protecting my daughter .


The rumor quickly circulated between the knights . The knights were awed by the fact the he loves his daughter to such extent .


He picked a wooden long sword.  I picked a wooden  short sword . 


He pointed his sword towards me as a threat. 


Now there is a reason why Jay picked the short sword .


Roy struck first and was immediately blocked by the short sword . 


Who will win A longsword with a long range or a short sword which is at a disadvantage. 


Longswords are heavier than shortsword and it takes more time and control to swing a longsword . Meanwhile shortsword lenght is significantly smaller thus it is easier to control . 


If you block a hit it is easier to approach your enemies and Checkmate them. 


This is the theory . Would have worked in real life but it is fantasy it will not work easily.  


Because he was strong he could swing his sword like the wind . And as per Jay's combat experience blocking them was a cake walk . 


He approached his opponent and lightly stabbed his chest . 


And put his sword beneath his neck . Roy had to forfeit .


At that night Roy looked very happy.  During dinner all of us were together including my partner . After a hearty meal Roy summoned me .


Roy : I will ask again who are you . I Don't remember you .


Jay : I'm just newly recruited so it is common that wouldn't recognize me .


Roy : Like my daughters I also am an regressor .


So during my regressions I have kept a close eye on my daughter's. 


Jay : I'm Jay Garrick I come from the outside. 


Roy : Now the you are in the clear let me make you an offer .
