The inner circle
We were currently in a symbiotic relationship with the group . I would tell them about the things I know about the pre modern world . As there were many things which they just had a tough estimate about but because of me they got a huge boost in research compared to other similar groups .
Many restrictions came to the research and my investigation as well . What if it was an intended feature .

The game is the same with rules . I'm only going to say it once.

3 . A perfect reasoning is needed in order to end the game . If there are any flaws in the reasoning then they must either be corrected or the investigation must take place once again .
3. There is a 99% chance that when you question someone they will not lie about something.
4 . Destruction of the game environment may have a serious consequence
5 . The authority of the Oracle is prohibited meaning you can't ask me anything. And I'm just to accompany you wherever you go .
6 . Accompanying the detective is the Watson McElroy.
7 . This game is set according to Knox rules . But some rule are dismissed as they are not needed .

The commandments of Knox . Then I can rule out certain things immediately.
McElroy:

Jay :
It's more like a guideline on how to write a mystery genre story .
Jay :
But all conditions of Knox aren't fullfilled . It means that the game hasn't begun yet . Then I must gather as much clues as possible before diving off .
And so with high hopes I passed through the gates connecting the both circles and entered the inner circle .
And was shocked by what I saw and expected .
I expected an entirely different utopia when we passed through the wall . But I saw only one thing everything burning. Buildings on fire , shops on fire , even people after somehow bathed in oil were on fire . There was nothing that was not on fire in this layer.
This is investigation hell . I'm not a detective like Sherlock Holmes. Who can solve anything . I'm just a normal person.
If you present 5 suspects to me and ask me to find the culprit. I'll most likely end up throwing all of them in jail .
Well maybe things won't be so bad . I should once again look for clues .
Fire , fire , fire , more fire walking some steps ahead and I saw something even more fire . Oh my god what is that
Is it a bird , is it a plane no it's fire again .
What am I supposed to find here. All the wooden materials such as doors had burnt down . It means that the doors rule doesn't apply here. It could potentially mean that there was nothing worth checking here . Since any evidence will already be burnt or degraded . In this massive fire .
Walking through the fire was a breeze since the fire didn't transfer it's heat to us . Or maybe I'm just resistant to fire .
If I think critically then .
Why is the fire in the inner circle and does not spread further .
Answer . The circle disconnects the path of fire .
Why is there a fire in the circle .
Reasoning.
1 . It can be a coincidence .
2. It was a done by a arsonist on a target to exact revenge or other motive . And the fire spread because it became uncontrollable.
3 . Or maybe something on the lines of a revolution.
Insufficient evidence.

Well I was scratching my head over the reason when I heard a voice .
? : What do you mean that this flame doesnt have any heat .
I can see the fire is burning .
Guard :
The fire burns but it is not hot .

You mean to say I wasted my time . I travelled all this way from the keep to here for nothing .
It was a scruffed voice . But when I turned towards its source . I found a dwarf . And I smelled something even the brightest detective can smell .

I approached the dwarf and I politely asked him .
Jay : Is everything alright.
Dwarf :
I heard that this flame never runs out so I travelled over 10 days from the keep to here and I find out I can't even use it.
Jay:
Well it's a shame but don't worry I can help you I am a fire mage after all .
Dwarf :
So you're one of those stupid ones who read scripts all day with no worry in life .
I showed him a flame in my hand which was burning with a beautiful flame that could attract moths in a 599 meters radius .
He grabbed both of my hands .
Dwarf :

Jay :

Apparently one day there was a blacksmith working with a very hard material that just would not melt.
So he created a flame so humongous that it took everything with it .
Jay :
That story sounds very far fetched .
Brok :
It is because I made it up .
Jay : (Inner thought)
I found someone totally useless didn't I .
In the distance insane a small shrine made of sandal wood polished. It was the only thing that was not burning even though flames completely surrounded it from all sides .
On the shrine was a Elder god enshrined of who believes
That prosperity can be only maintained by sacrifices .
He also also known as the bearer of a thousand lives .
Wonder what does that mean .
I tried to examine the shrine but the guard was watching me .
I told Brok to distract him and Brok excatly did that
I examined the shrine . And below the shrine was a jite still intact .

Finally a evidence . This one does confirm my suspicion .This is no case of arson . This is a revolution.
Maybe I should go shrine hunting now .
I visited a few shrines but the messages were the same .
