Nearly killed

Let's look at the situation from the third person perspective.

Ash, Dawn and Brock were talking in their room. Dawn saw many Pokemons were gathering and going to somewhere.

Brock said that the Pokemons must be controlled by someone causing their weird behaviour just now.

Ash chirped at that.

All of them followed the Pokemons. They met with Landis and his dad in the middle. His Shinx was also in the group of Pokemon.

All of them started to follow the Pokemons to see who was it that was controlling them.

During this time, Landis' father told a passerby to call officer Jenny.

They soon reached the place and found Team Rocket.

After their introductions Team Rocket was talking to them about catching Pikachu.

Suddenly all of them heard loud hissing.

It was the Serviper and he was attacking a man with poison sting. The man was nimbly dodging those stings while doing Moonsteps.

The trio knew the man. He was Sky. They met him while he was moles, teasing officer Jenny of the Sandgem town.

Dawn and Brock were the one who were actually fuming after seeing him.

Dawn because he nearly molested her hwen he was wrapping the scarf around her waist. He did it with that familiarity that even she thought that he was used to doing stuff like that. She was angered further when she heard of his doings from both the Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny of Sandgem town. Professor Rowan also told her to stay away from him.

Brock was angry because of the same reason as Dawn. He was also there when Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy recounted their stories. He would have been more angry if not for the fact that both of them were lying.

He knew it. He was someone who paid special attention to the habits of different Pokemon and he can easily guess that they were lying because he paid Extra special attention to them. But he was still angry at Sky because he made them angry.

{Does that make any sense!?}

Ash was normal. He didn't care about stuff like that. He heard that Sky was a Pokemon trainer and he will be participating in the Sinnoh League. Ash wanted to fight him once.

Now onwards the current situation.

They saw Sky perform inhuman feats and dodge Both Serviper and Carnivine and reach the Rocket trio.

The machine suddenly started and a familiar looking balloon set out. The container and the Team Rocket were both going.

Ash was going to use his Pikachu but Dawn insisted on using her Buneary to take Team Rocket down.

She released her Buneary and ordered her to use ice beam. The ice beam was not able to reach the balloon even after a few tries.

Ash was going to step in with his Pikachu but Dawn made Buneary charge her Ice beam and attack the Team Rocket balloon with all her might.

She succeeded and Sky and the Team Rocket were incased in ice. They soon fell down along with the Rocket balloon and the Pokemon container.

The container was broken due to the impact and all the Pokemons were able to gain their sanity.

They soon fled towards their trainers.

They heard the sound of ice breaking. The man or Sky broke out of it. His eyes looked a little horrifying to the people present.

"I had already ordered them to go down and we were planning to go down. So Why did you fire and Ice beam towards me."

His voice cold, Sky asked them.

They did saw the balloon stop it's rising so there may be truth to his words but they were not going to admit it.

Why?

Well because The man/ Sky looked terrible to them. He was dragging The trio with him.

All of them were not going to admit except Ash as was naive and Friendly even now. He accepted his fault but he wasn't actually at fault. That's why it was hard to be angry with this guy.

Sky looked at them one last time before going to the Pokemon Center.

He didn't even admire Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny. It's not like he was there to admire them.

Normal perspective.

Sky/ the man went to the Pokemon Center. He was a little angry at them because he doesn't like it when someone interrupts his plans. More so when the life of others are in his hand.

If he immediately shattered the ice and all the Rocket trio would have been badly injured, even died. Jessie life was hovering on his hands and they froze him. If he had just used his strength to get out of the ice then the area where he was gripping Jessie would have been torn apart in two and she would have fallen to death.

They were around 50 metres above the ground and a fall to death was possible in that situation.

He went inside his room and started meditation to calm his mind. It was just the most basic Yoga techniques.

No cultivation stuff or ascension nonsense.

After 3 minutes he was able to calm his mind. He was just like other humans. He would want the death of Evildoer and the life of an innocent but personally killing the evildoer is something he can't do.

That's why he always broke the bones of the hooligans and gang members. He was fine with that. He didn't feel anything else from that. No guilt, no remorse, no happiness and no satisfaction. It was just like breathing. There was nothing special about it.

He knew that there was an unknown resistance in him. It was that that was stoping him from committing any kill. It was like it was reminding him that if he did kill someone than he will not be able to return, to live peacefully and to stop killing.

Killing is like that. Once a person kills someone, he slowly forgets the value of the life of others. He thinks that he can trample them.

It requires a strict mind to control this urges. That's why the special soldiers were tortured in their trainings. It was to ingrain the value of their life in themselves. It was to show that they can be easily subdued and finished once they crossed their limits.
