Lyle Wilson is a 17 year old student at West High. With his God like looks coupled with that brilliant brain of his, he is considered as the hunk of West High. As a typical hunk, he is the best at everything he does, with girls flocking around him, waiting to be noticed. But the one who really captures his eyes are those eyes behind that gold rimmed glasses, that girl behind those oversized clothes.

Ivy Gracia is a 17 year old student at West High. She is the type who would put her everything into studying but unlike what's expected, she isn't the topper of her class. Infact, she ranks just above average no matter how hard she tries. But, she isn't the hated nerd. She is liked for her simplicity, just like she wanted. 
She doesn't talk back. She doesn't fight. She doesn't drink or use substance. All her works are submitted on time. She doesn't bunk and has her attendance as a hundred percent. And she doesn't even use dirty slangs. She is that really simple girl. She is as her classmates quote, 'the simple girl from the book.' She is just too simple to be true.



But that isn't the case for everyone. While Ivy tries her best to hide the wildness behind that pair of glasses and oversized clothes, Lyle just seems to see through her.

Why doesn't he let her end her highschool like she wants to? He didn't notice last year when she came, so what exactly went wrong this time?

Now who can tell her that Lyle had actually seen the 'real' her behind that seemingly 'simple' her?

Don't beleive the appearance

The room was filled with people yet deadly quite. Mr and Mrs Wilson sat on the right couch looking kind of weird but their faces had traces of smile. Infront of them sat Lyle and Avi, the former awkward as well as worried while the later had a look saying 'it's going to be a great show. In the couch perpendicular to their's sat Mr and Mrs Gracia, one trying to find ways to break the tension while the other fuming. If this was a show or an anime, volcanic eruptions and flames as well as lightning would be shown to depict her anger.


Infront of those two, where a table was usually placed, Ivy and her two pups. Ivy was ofcourse kneeling with a pup on each side.


Ivy sent eye signals to her dad for help but about it's accomplishment... *Ahem*


''Honey-" Mr Gracia wanted to try to help his daughter but was immediately cut off by Mrs Gracia.


*clears throat* Daughter I did all I can.


''Speak. Since when did you have this two pups?''


''Since she moved to West High.'' Avi butted in exposing his twin with all his might.


''You... you dared to keep it for this long. Where did you even keep them when you came back for vacations?'' 


''She brought them home. Infact, she hid them here.'' Ivy glared at Avi asking him to shut up. She could have made any lie to hide what she had done but now, this damned brat was set on exposing her.


Sensing Ivy's glare, Avi sent her a smirk and continued, ''Mom, do you remember when you heard dog noises before. Ivy had said that it was the neighbor's pet but infact, the sound was from them. She had hidden them in her room and lied to you. Mom, she made a fool out of you.''


''Mom, that's not it. I... I...'' Ivy wanted to explain but she couldn't because what Avi said were all true. There was nothing she could refute.


''Enough. Ivy, I see that you are quite daring. You even dared to raise pets secretly. Speak. How did you manage to raise them. The pocket money I sent was too low for you to raise these two pups.''


As if she was waiting for this, Ivy immediately sold Avi out.


''Avi gave me his prize money to raise them.''


''You-" Mrs Gracia wanted to scold Avi but the later immediately knew his mistake and kneeled beside the pup.
