This happened about 2 years. Before Carlos decided to join UBCS, and was directly involved in the mission in Raccoon City. 
He is involved in a mission to save friends as well as slaves who will be used as experimental material that is closely related to a dangerous virus. 
The virus really needs the body and also a strong resistance to be able to withstand the changes that will spread to the body. Although initially things go according to plan. Unfortunately, he has to make a difficult decision. 
Moreover, his comrades as well as his captain were in a critical situation. Not only that, he also has to work hard to protect one of the victims of slavery who managed to escape, because one of the victims' bodies has been changed due to this dangerous virus experiment

2 hours later, they managed to escape the zombies. Currently, they are hiding in an empty house near the port.


Carlos realized that he was on Lyn's lap.


Carlos can only remember that he kept shooting the zombies while protecting Lyn. Because it is not easy for him to be able to escape.


Carlos tried his best to avoid the zombies that started chasing him. it wasn't easy for him to shoot while carrying Lyn. however, he occasionally drops Lyn and starts shooting zombies. 


but several times he shot the zombie and continued to attack until he didn't realize that someone had hit him on the head until he passed out. and he doesn't remember anything after all.


" sure. besides, just call me Carlos. there's no need to call me sir. talk like a normal girl. ok! " 


He tried to sit up, falling asleep on a girl's lap was embarrassing for him. 


Carlos saw Lyn's left hand which was slowly starting to blister by itself. Unconvinced, he tried to get up and take his gun.

" Don't worry, I can get up and shoot the enemy," 


" no, you can't. You may be a tough soldier. But ignoring the slightest wound is no good. "
