-Jishi POV-

I feel like I'd been a while since I've been in the spotlight, well I don't have time to think about that, I arrived at the weapon shop where I sell the explosive tags, the benefits I can make are important, and that without much effort.

Entering the shop no one seemed to be in this place, "Hello? anyone here", the shop manager, a tall brown haired man came to greet me.

"How have you been doing kid?", [I made a blast with all the explosive tags I got from her]

"Let's get straight to the point, I am going to the frontlines, when I come back I expect to receive 30% of the benefits you'll make"

"Eh? What... aren't you just a kid?", [if you ain't here to make them who will?] brushing off the question he dared to ask.

"I will teach you how to make explosive tags", after some more small talk, I taught him how to make them it took time for him to get the basics down, but I'm sure that in a week he would have mastered it, before going away, with a bit of genjutsu that makes me more intimidating, than the cute little girl I am, "When I get back don't try to bullshit or swindle me, it won't end well for you"

I get out of the shop, and head to the orphanage, I am too tired to interact with the kids, so I create a shadow clone that will do the job for me, he will also go act like the big brother of the nee kid, Kabuto, without him Madara would have won the 4th shinobi war.

While I tried to get to my room from the window, I sensed someone there, I am sure that it isn't bird girl I remember she spends her time with Asuma and Kurenai, could it be one of Danzo's underlings? I stayed under the radars, I didn't do anything special... except graduating after a month at the academy, beating Tsunade in a spar... okaaaay, I am magnificent.

I take a kunai from my pouch and turn the lights on, "come out right this instant"

"Nothing escapes your eyes", Menma said as he was coming out, over time he had become more friendly towards me, but this is the first time he sneaks or enters my room.

I put the kunai away, and with my puppy eyes jutsu I ask him, "what are you doing here Menma onii san?"

He mimics barfing, which is insulting to my personal jutsu, "I almost believed you there, well I am not here to see you do... do this, I know you are... smart and perceptive so I want to ask you...", [tell her already what are you worried about], he starts fidgeting, this is getting interesting, "Forget it.", he ties to run but with my last bits of chakra I create a shadow clone that blocks his way to the door.

With the same genjutsu I used earlier, "No no no, come back here you have to tell me"

He turns around and "you don't need to use genjutsu, well, I want to ask you, do you think Shisui san likes me?", I deadpanned at his question, I wonder is it his age or his unsociableness that makes him blind to the flirting they have been doing so openly.

"Are you blind or stupid? You two are perfect for each other you should confess already", I need to make popcorn tomorrow before going to training.

"You think so?", he slightly blushed, I am too tired to listen for this.

"I am too tired right now so you should just do as I told you and good night", my clone kicked him out and dispelled himself while I went to sleep.

—The next day—

I woke up at dawn, the world belongs to those who get up early, truth is Kuroki, the roommate who can 'talk' to animals, woke me up with her so sweet bird friends.

I sneaked out before Menma woke up, I don't want to talk to finish that awkward discussion from yesterday, I did my usual body training, you'd expect me to look like a baby on steroids, but actually my looks didn't have much of a change, I then headed to ichiraku ramen to get some food, I understand why Naruto was hooked on ramen, I saw Kushina who had already finished 2 bowls sitting on the counter, "Kushina-neeeee please buy me some too", she was startled, I guess my display at the restaurant is at fault, she got up and came toward me, she gave me a punch on the back of my head.

"Come with me", she took me to a training ground, "EXPLAIN YOURSELF."

"Well you see I was training all morning so I got hungr-", her hair started floating from anger, I subconsciously tried to run away, she caught me from the shoulder, and with a seemingly calm expression.

—3rd person POV—

"Explain why you left the moment where Kakashi really needed you?", Jishi had a smile full of sorrow and sadness on her face.

"No he didn't need me, he never did, he started doing better after meeting Minato-san and you", they were both silent, this time Kushina truly calmed down.

"You can still understand him and you can…"

Jishi interrupted her, "comfort him? No I couldn't, and I can never remotely understand him", she became silent, her eyes full of tears, "you want to know the truth, I run away, my mother tried to kill me, I never received something resembling parental love", she tilted her head up and got her confidence back, "I can't understand him, you can't feel the loss of something unless you had it first… if we are finished here I have other things to attend", she flickered away before Kushina could say anything.
