impossible mission.

"So! Let's go to the theatre!" "Not right now," I said while eating my sweet bread. Or a churro. Let's go with a churro.

"Cmon!" She grabbed both my and Brian's arm. "WAIT! WAIT! NO NO!"

He was still trying to close his bag of soft candy. I had resigned myself to it at this point.

He finally closed it then we were off.

We were going really fast in about 10 minutes we were there. We were going to see a movie called the day after tomorrow.

Where a guy gets a message from his future self wherein two days a war breaks out with aliens.

Brian got the tickets and the snacks although we only needed some for Leona because we already had a bunch.

3 hours later… I stretched as the light hit my eyes. It blinded me. "Wow, that's bright!" Brian covered his eyes from the lights in the mall as Leona did the same.

It was around six pm so it was time to go back to school. We had gotten directions so we could find our way back to the teleported school.

Eventually, we showed our IDs and were in the school. We waved Brian off as he departed to his dorm. I still had sword practice that I had been neglecting for weeks.

I still had a bloodstain on the handle from my hand from swinging it too hard.

Instead of being a vegetable, I cleaned my sword privately so I could avoid uncomfortable explanations.

Eventually, I along with Leona entered the dark dorm. As usual the intense slightly toned-down waves of guilt washed over me.

"You think you can replace me?" A voice quietly whispered to me. I clutched my head hoping for it to go away.

"Hey Sapphire, are you okay you look pale." I looked down at my hand she was right I looked like a ghost.

"Oh, sorry, it's nothing," I said, forcing a smile as I marched over to my room. Quickly Leona sat up from the couch and grabbed my shoulder.

"I haven't known you since before you were depressed but I can tell you're not okay… Are you?"

It was the first time someone took notice of my state and asked if I was okay.

"U- uh yeah, just insomnia making it hard to sleep." I do have insomnia. That just wasn't the whole story.

"Yeah right." She said rolling her eyes in disbelief.

I immediately turned my back and kept marching toward my room.

*knock *knock *knock.

I turned once again. "Who is it?" Leona shouted while still on the couch. "Advisor Ryhem!"

Usually, she just used Mina her first name but I guess since she wasn't talking to someone she was familiar with.

"Advisor Ryhem?" "Yes now open the door." She said in a business tone. Leona quickly opened the door. Mina walked right in. "I assume my duties call for me once again?" I asked playfully.

She rolled her eyes. "Yes now come Brian is waiting in my room."

She grabbed my wrist and dragged me out of my room and all the way to her luxury penthouse. I am damn near tired of getting dragged around today.

I saw a blonde-haired and green-eyed boy sitting on the couch. It was Brian.

He waved with a slight smile. "Why did you call us?" I asked, sitting on the couch.

Mina gritted her teeth. "Since your last mission was a success, you two will work together on this mission too."

"I thought you were supposed to go on this mission by yourself and get this done!" Brian is getting agitated.

"Yes but, the council of advisors wants to spectate both of your talents."

Mina said, glancing at both of us

"Also since this is a very important mission to take down this organization you will be invited to the nobles ball if you complete this mission." I putty hand up.

"If you are concerned about the fact that you are not noble-" "That's not it if I go will I have to wear a dress?"

"Of course as a lady-" "Then even if we succeed I won't be attending." Brian looked over at me with a look of confusion.

Mina's eyebrows were knitted. "You don't have a choice this is an invite from the queen herself."

I facepalmed. I expected this I just wanted to know what would happen if I didn't show up.

"Okay now get on with it what is the mission this time?" Brian asked.

"The mission is to wipe out all of the lackeys at the brothel that will be attending the meeting.

"Fuck, that's suicide unless I can kill them," I said questioning her actions. Wait back up.

The TSCG obviously talked to her so he must've said something about us, which in turn made them think we are blessed by god which is a fat load of shit.

(Her ability to think really fast in the time it takes for somebody to respond to a question is insane! Even I'm surprised and I'm the author!)

"Well, that's why I'm going to be there to execute the professor!" Mina said proudly.

"So we beat up every student there." I quoted her. "Yes." "That's suicide on top of suicide."

"I have a plan." I leaned forward Brian did too. "First we enter from the attic window." Mina showed a blue prunt map and pointed at the window.

"We'll have sleeping gas with us warning it won't work on the teacher." I nodded. "It also won't work on 3rd and all the years above."

"Next I take down the teacher I am at the very least 3 times stronger than him. But his Hacht mastery is a problem." She had a thinking look on her face. "I need you two to take them all down, at least all those who aren't affected by the sleeping gas."

I nodded along with Brian. "How many do you estimate…" I asked the question that had been on the tip of my tongue. "Since there are only around 80 4th years and 120 3rd years, I'd say around 30 of them are aligned with Evil."

But why was there such a small amount of 3rd and 4th years? Possibly the exam I'm smarter than that.

"Okay, we're going to die!"

"Agreed we are both dead if we don't retreat and have to cover you." I said agreeing with Brians's previous assumption. "I'll get him in 30 seconds don't worry about it."

"You just have to distract them." She said while standing up. "Where are you going?" Brian asked.

"We've gotta do the plan while it's fresh in your minds correct?"
