Chapter 15: Better Tomorrow

It was cold out side, though the snow had seemed to go away a bit, all at the exact same time as well, as it was quite a bit strange compared to Yesterday. We had mainly come up here as a bit of a joke to scare our girl friends, me and Henry that was, as it was after all Halloween. Or, it had been Halloween a few days ago at the very least, as I was not all too sure how long we had even been up here at the exact same time as well. It had ended up being a terrible idea in the end, as we had meant it to just be a joke. Of course, that was my nature, as I never took any thing seriously at all, it seemed to be, and I always thought of every thing as a joke. To be fair, life was a joke after all, was it not? I was wasting my life away with my good friend Henry, going to parties and shit.

I had even cheated on my girl a few times, though I did love her to death if I was not going to lie to my self. I felt a lot of regret for what it was that I had done, and I was not sure if I was willing to admit it to her just yet, or not. I suppose, I could not get the chance to even admit it to her, if I was not ever able to see her again. We had split ways with the girls, in search for the car, after the strange old man had left us out at the cabin. But now, so it seemed, they just seized to exist from this universe all of the sudden. It left me in quite a few shivers, if I was going to be completely honest with my self. I was scared for her, as I knew that me and Henry had seen some quite gruesome, and dark things out here.

These strange creatures, such as Henry liked to call them, as he had said that they were the Sasquatch, a.k.a Big Foot. At first I had taken it more as a joke, as I was sure that none of that was real, and it was just some fairy tale for people to tell their kids that lived out in the northern part of the West Coast, but it did in fact start to seem like they were in fact real. Were they really though? I was not all too sure at this point, if I was going to be completely honest with my self, never the less, as what it was that I had seen out there, did not look like the Big Foot that I had always been told about, as I would have thought that he would have had fur. Of course, we had seen some other creatures, but that was the freakiest one of them all, if I was going to be completely honest with my self, all at the exact same time as well, too.

I was not all too sure about this place, as sure, we had in fact been told the stories about what it was that this place was like, but I had never really taken it all too seriously never the less, well, that was, I suppose, up until this point, as I felt like I should have taken it all seriously all along, and I should have known that it was a terrible idea to take the girls out here. Me and Henry had found our way back to the cabin, but the girls, we had not seen from them in about 3 days at this point, as I was not all too sure how long that it had been at this point, due to the fact, all at the exact same time too, that I had in fact, just like Henry seen the creatures that had been out here.

I was not all too sure as to how he could still take all of this so lightly, when this was after all, his girl friend that was in trouble, as much as it was mine. I felt quite a bit sick, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that was even going on at this very moment in time in the very first place any ways. I shivered, even though no gust of wind seemed to flow through these woods at all, as these woods were quite a bit cold and lonely if I was going to be for real with my self. I knew that it all was going to end up being okay for the both of us though, as long as we had each other by our sides. I was sure that the girls had got back to the car at this point, as I knew that we had given them the keys after all.

I knew that they were fine, as they likely had already got back home, and they had told the authorities as to just what it was that had happened up here in the very first place any ways, and how it was that we were in danger none the less. Would the cops really help us though? I was not all too sure if I was going to be for real with my self never the less, as I was fairly certain at the exact same time too, that they would not, just due to the fact that I knew that they had been told the stories of this place, and also the fact that we had crossed the border illegally, as there might not be any thing that they could do to help me and Henry at all. Luckily enough, I knew that we were going to be fine out here, as we had a good source of water, and my father had taught me how to hunt when I had been a lot younger at the exact same time as well.

I breathed in just a bit to my self, all of the sudden, all at once, as I did my best to try to tell my self that every thing was going to end up being okay for me, even if it meant that I was lying to my self, which I was fairly certain at this point, that me trying to tell my self that was in fact lying to my self. I felt like we were stuck here, and who knows for how long it would be. Who knows how long it would be until the creatures came to get us? I was not all too sure, as it scared me to near death, all at the exact same time as well, as to the fact that I was even thinking on all of that none the less. I did my best to control my breathing, as I knew that now was not the best time to have any sort of asthma attacks, as I knew that my inhaler had already ran out a while ago too.

I nodded a bit to my self, as I did my best to try to control my self all at once, as I looked out in to the woods, out on the front porch that we were on, right at this very moment in time. As I was quite a bit freaked out still. When was the old man going to be back? If I was going to be completely honest with my self, I was not all too sure if he was ever going to be back, just due to the fact that he was a very old man, and there was that big and strange creature that we had seen eating a deer, and we had seen prancing around in the woods a few times, all at the exact same time as well too. I did my best to try to shake off all of those thoughts from my head, all at once, as I did my best to try to be able to regain just a little bit of some sort of control over my self all at once, as I then blinked my eyes a few times.

I saw some movement in the woods, which kind of freaked me out a bit, as to just what it was that it could even be in the very first place any ways. I lifted my self up from off of the chair that I had been sitting on whilst I had been on the front porch for a lot of the day. I was not all too sure as to just what it was that it had been, so I was about damn near ready to head back in side to the cabin, as soon as I possibly could, just due to the fact that I was a bit afraid that it could have been a creature that was out there. I shivered just a bit for a few moments, as I stared over in the direction that it was coming from for just a little bit longer, until I then all of the sudden heard the voice of my good friend Henry, which managed to all of the sudden get my attention over to him.

I stared at him for just a little bit of some time, as I knew that I had a bit of a blank look on my face right now, but I did not care one bit, just due to the fact that I knew that it would not matter at all, if we were to die out here, and be eaten apart by the freaky creature, kind of like the deer had been, as I was not all too sure if he had caught the deer in the very first place any ways. I shook off all of those thoughts how ever, as I knew that none of that really mattered all too much to me, right at this very moment in time any ways, as I knew that I had to keep my focus on just what it was that was even going on right at this very moment in time too, which was the fact that my best friend, Henry, was speaking to me right now, as I sighed a bit of a soft sigh to my self all at the exact same time too, and I then all of the sudden, began to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, too.

"Hey... Let's go check that out! It could be the girls!" He said to me, as I blinked my eyes at the exact same time too, as I felt like he was being quite a bit of an idiot right now, as to just what it was that he had said to me. I felt like it would be a good idea in any situation besides this one, as normally I knew that I was always worried for my girl, but this was not the case at all right now how ever, as I knew that we had sent the girls out here in the woods, to scare them for Halloween, but in the end, it kind of felt like it had back fired on me, as I was the one that had got the most scared when all was said and done. I was fairly certain that what ever it was that we had seen moving were not the girls at all, as I was sure that they were long gone at this point.

Whether that may be the fact that they were dead, or they had got back to the car, and they had gone off with out us, I was really not sure, but if I was going to be completely honest with my self right now, what it was that Henry had just said to me was insanely stupid, and it sounded like it was quite a terrible idea, all at the exact same time as well, as I all of the sudden squinted my eyes at my friend, as if he was going crazy with what it was that he was thinking right now. I had not even given him any sort of weed either, as we had ran out of that sadly, long ago, as I knew that we would get trouble if we had that on us in the very first place any ways, but I had brought not all too much with us, as to the fact that I did not want to get caught in Canada with that for certain.

I sighed just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then began to start to get my focus on the fact that I knew that I had to at least respond to just what it was that Henry had even said to me in the very first place any ways, as I then all of the sudden began to remember as to just what it was that he had even said to me in the very first place any ways, as I rolled my eyes a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that he was thinking right at this very moment in time. Sure, I knew that he was worried for his girl, but it just seemed like he had all of the sudden seemed to forget about the creature that the both of us had seen out in the woods not all too long ago, all at the exact same time as well.

I stared at him for just a little bit longer, as I kept my eyes squinted at him, to let him know that I did not think that this was a good idea at all, but sadly enough for me how ever, it did not seem like he had his eyes on me at all, right at this very moment in time, as it was clear that his eyes were focused on just what it was that he had seen out in the woods in the very first place, as I saw that he had his eyes squinted in that direction, all at the exact same time as well. I began to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, as I could see, just be the look that was on his face right at this very moment in time, that he was for certain going to go over to it, no matter what it was that I tried to say to him, and what it was that I tried to do, to try to get him to change his mind.

I gulped just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should do right at this very moment in time, as this felt like it was a terrible idea, and this could only go bad for us right now. I stared at my friend for just a few moments longer at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden, all at once, opened my mouth to start to speak to him none the less, but just before it felt like I had the chance to go and do as such a thing in the very first place any ways, I then all of the sudden noticed that he had got up from the chair that he had been sitting in, quite a bit fast, and quite a bit Swift, as I had not seen it coming at all, if I was going to be for real with my self never the less.

I felt quite a bit sick as to just what it was that he was doing right now, but I felt like, in order for me to be a good friend, and also a good boy friend, which I knew for a fact already, that I was not at all, than it meant that I had to go and follow him out in to the woods out there, to see as to just what it was that the movement had been, as it could in fact be the girls, and they could in fact still be lost out here, as I knew that they had brought plenty of food, and plenty of water for a few days, that would for certain make them be able to last at least a little bit of some time on their own out here, if they did in fact get lost. Besides, I was fairly certain that at some point, if they just kept on walking, than they would find a road some where, if they kept on going in a straight line.

I breathed in just a bit to my self, as I felt like we did not have much of any other choice but to do as to just what it was that we were doing, right at this very moment in time any ways, as I felt quite a bit scared if I was not going to lie to my self, as the stories that the old man had told us about the creatures that were out here, had in the end, ended up being true, as I wish that I had known that in advance, as I would not have come here in the very first place any ways. I sighed just a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I was sure that every thing was going to end up being fine for us right now, as I began to breath in just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I got my focus off of all of the fearful thoughts that were roaming free through my brain right now.

I knew that we were going to be alright! That was right! I knew that we were not all too far from the cabin, and if things were to go back on us, than we could simply just run back to the cabin, and I knew that we would be safe there, as the old man had told us that the cabin was the only safe place out here, as I let out quite a bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at once, as I knew that just what it was that he had said, all at the exact same time as well, was in fact true, just due to the fact that I knew that nothing bad had happened to us whilst we had been in the cabin a lot of the time, up to this point. I nodded just a bit to my self, as I kept on going forward, until I then all of the sudden started to notice all at the exact same time as well, that my good friend Henry, had all of the sudden stopped him self right in his path.

I was a little bit lost as to just what it was that he was even doing right at this very moment in time, at the exact same time as well, as I tilted my head at him. He did not seem to have his eyes on me at all right at this very moment in time how ever, as he had his eyes looking right at some thing that was in front of him, at this very moment in time too. I saw that it was a body, which I had to guess was another deer that the strange creature had some how managed to kill. I felt like, that might be the only thing that he had wanted to kill, but at the exact same time as well, just based off of the freaky look that I had seen on it's face, that it could not be the case at all how ever. I sighed just a bit to my self, as I then rolled my eyes a bit, all at once, and I began to start to head over to where it was that the deer was at, to get a better view on it.

After all, my friend Henry would not have that look on his face, unless it was for a very good reason none the less, as I then shook my head, doing my best to try to shake off all of those thoughts, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to draw a little bit closer to the body that was in front of me. As I drew closer and closer, I then all of the sudden began to realize that, the body was not just a deer. It was... It was a real body! A human! An older man by the looks of it, as it disgusted me to look at the mangled corpse of the man, but it was clear that it was the older man that we had met at the cabin, as it was clear to me that was what the body was. I was not all too sure as to just what it was that we should do at this point, nor how long it was that the body had even been here in the very first place any ways, never the less.

Perhaps there was a reason that we had not seen from the man in quite a few days time, as I was starting to realize, that the older man had probably been out here dead, for quite some time up to this point. I began to breath in quite a bit heavily to my self, as all of the sudden, all at the exact same time too, all of the pieces of the puzzle started to fall in to place, all at once, as I then began to realize that the movement that we had seen out here, had in fact been the creature, as it was clear that he had been feasting on the man, just based off of the way his body was covered in his guts right now. I was stuck for just a bit of some time at the exact same time too, as I was just staring at it, wondering if any of this was real or not, all at the exact same time too, all of the sudden, as I was starting to freak out quite a bit as well.

The monster must be nearby then right? I blinked my eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden turned my head over to Henry, as I knew that I had to worn him about it, and I knew that we had to get back to the cabin and get safe now, before it was too late for us. I looked my friend right in to his eyes, as it seemed like he had quite a bit of a blank look, not just in his face, but it felt like he had a blank look in his soul, right at this very moment in time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should do right now. I did my best to try to regain some sort of control over my self, all at once, as I then all of the sudden nodded to my friend, to let him know that I was about to speak to him, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that we needed to get the hell out of here.

Henry just continued to stare how ever, as he shared the same blank look on his face, and in his soul, that I had seen from him not all too long ago, all at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that was going on with him right now. Was this the first time that he had seen a dead body? It was not the first time for me, so it really did not bother me all too much, if I was going to be for real with my self, and I was going to be completely honest at the exact same time too, as I then shook my head, doing my best to try to shake off all of those thoughts from my head, all at the exact same time too. I knew that I did not need to waste time right now, as I knew that we needed to get back to the cabin, as I then began to speak up quite a bit loud to Henry at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure if he was even listening to me at all, in the very first place any ways.

"Henry! We have to get out of here! Now!" I said to him, as I then all of the sudden began to go up close to my friend, to make sure that he knew that I was being dead serious right at this very moment in time, and that none of this was a joke at all. Well, I suppose, that it was clear to me that he did not think of this a joke at all, just due to the fact that I could see the look of loss, and dismay in his face still, but that was besides the point how ever, as I knew that I needed to wake him up right now. The corpse of the old man gave me very cold vibes, and the fact that we had seen movement in this direction not all too long ago, all at the exact same time too, meant that the creature was nearby us right now, at the exact same time too, as I felt like he could have been trying to tempt us, to get us to come over to this spot. I was not going to let the creature win though, as I knew that I would not go down with out a fight how ever. When I said fight, I did not mean fist fight at all, as I knew that I would not stand a chance against that freaky thing, but I meant it in the fact that I knew that we had to at least give us a chance to get out of here alive, as every second that we stood here, felt like a waste of some time. That was, when I all of the sudden started to see some movement from not all too far away, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw the shadows, and I knew that those were not the shadows of the girls at all. It was clear that Henry had seen it, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear now, all of the sudden, that he was starting to realize as to just what it was that was even going on right at this very moment in time, in the very first place any ways. I blinked a few times, as I was glad for it, but the fact was, that we still were standing here. I quickly began to yell to my friend, all at the exact same time too. "We need to go! Now!"

As soon as I had said it, it seemed to at the very least, start to resonate with my friend Henry, as I saw him blink his eyes, and nod to me at the exact same time as well. It was clear that he had heard as to just what it was that I had said to him in the very first place any ways, but it did not seem like he was going to leave, nor did he want to go at the exact same time as well, as if he wanted to die for some odd reason or another. It did not make all too much sense as to why that would be the case, as he was not that close to his girl for one thing, but also the other thing was that he still had hope that she might still be alive, at the exact same time too. At least, that was the hope, as I knew that he seemed to be the only one that was giving me any sort of hope right at this very moment in time.

I shook off all of those thoughts, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that they were useless thoughts, and they did not help either one of us at this very moment in time either. I gulped just a bit to my self, as I squinted my eyes at just what it was that was going on with my friend. I knew that every second mattered how ever, right now, as I was certain that if we stood here for any longer, than we would soon end up just like the old man had. I then all of the sudden nodded to him, as I began to start to run, as fast as I could, as I tapped on Henry on the way as well, as it seemed like, that was simply all that I had needed to do, as it seemed like he had all of the sudden began to wake up, and he now realized as to just what it was that was going on right at this very moment in time, in the very first place as well.

I heard his footsteps, as he then began to start to sprint as fast as he could right behind me, all at the exact same time too, as it was clear that now, all of the sudden, he had changed his mind, and he did not in fact want to die, which I could not blame him for, as I knew that the both of us still had so much to live for a the exact same time too, as we had not even entered the prime years of our life just yet. I kept on going as fast as I could, as I got my focus off of all of those thoughts, all at the exact same time as well, as I heard the creature, or the monster, what ever it was I really did not care all too much, if I was going to be for real with my self, as I simply just wanted to get as far away from it as I possibly could right now, and I wanted to get in to the cabin, which was the safe place, as the man had told us.

I knew that he was right, as I heard the creature coming closer and closer to us, but as soon as we got up on the front porch that had not been too far ahead of us, luckily enough for us, I then all of the sudden heard the racket stop. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I turned my head around, at the exact same time as well, a bit worried for my friend Henry at the exact same time too, as I too had also heard his footsteps stop, all at the exact same time too. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I then all of the sudden, luckily enough for me, at the exact same time too, noticed that he was just fine, and be was right beside me. I should have known that he would be fast to catch up to me, all at the exact same time as well, just due to the fact that I knew that he was on the track team at our high school.

I shook off all of those thoughts from my head how ever, as I knew that it was besides the point right now, and it did not help me to think on that at all, right at this very moment in time any ways, none the less, as I sighed just a bit to my self all at the exact same time too, and I looked out in the woods, as I saw that the creature was in fact standing right behind us, as I was not all too sure as to how it was that I had missed it at first, as to the fact that it stood out for certain, and it did not look like any thing else that was out here. I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I saw that the thing was looking me right in to my eyes, as I could see that it had its eyes squinted at me, all at the exact same time too, which seemed to make me shiver even more, as well.

I stared right back at it, as I waited for it to make a move on us, for some odd reason or another, instead of the fact that we should head in to the cabin, and get our selves safe. It seemed to just stare at the both of us for just a little while longer, as it did not seem like it was in fact going to make a move on us, as I wondered if maybe the creature was in fact, not all too bad, due to the fact that it might have simply just been trying to scare as back here. I felt like a bit of an idiot for thinking that way how ever, as I remembered the olds mans body that we had found not all too long ago, as it was clear that the creature had killed him, and it was clear that the creature had been eating off of him for quite a few days now, all at the exact same time too.

As me and Henry seemed to stare at the strange creature for just a little bit longer, that was when the creature then all of the sudden began to walk away from the both of us, all at the exact same time as well, as I could see that it was heading back over to the old man's body. It was clear that what ever it was that the old man had told us about the cabin, he had not been lying about it at all, as it simply was the only place that was safe out here, at least as far as I had seen up to this point, as I felt quite a bit sick, as I was not all too sure as to just why it was that we and the girls had left the cabin in the very first place any ways, as I was now starting to realize just how terrible the idea was.

I knew as to why that was how ever, as it was simply due to the fact that we had thought that the man had been lying with the stories that he had been telling us, but it was clear to me all of the sudden, that the stories that he had said to us, were all in fact true, all at the exact same time as well. I sighed just a little bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then began to look down at the ground. I knew now, that we had sent the girls out to their death, not out for the car. There was no saving us at this point now. It felt like we had only gone a few miles from the car, but it seemed like, all at the exact same time as well, that there simply was just no way of getting back to it some how, as I could have sworn that we had been going in the right direction.

Then again, it had been quite a bit late that night, all at the exact same time as well, so I suppose that it made a fair bit of some sense, as to the fact that it was nearly impossible to get back to the car at this point. Besides, there was also the fact that we had handed the keys over to the girls for some odd reason or another, as that had made us feel a lot better, and it had made the both of us feel like nothing bad could happen if the girls were to have the keys. Clearly we were wrong how ever, as I did my best to try to shake off all of those thoughts, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden felt some thing grab on to my shoulder, which did in fact scare me quite a bit, due to the fact that I had not been paying all too much attention as to just what it was that was going on around me at the exact same time too.

As I lifted my head up how ever, I simply, and thankfully, at the exact same time too, noticed that it was my good friend, Henry, as I saw that he had quite a bit of a sad look on his face, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clear that he was in quite a bit of some pain still. I felt bad for him, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, as I looked at him right in to his eyes for just a little bit longer, and I then all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, noticed that he had then nodded to me. I was a bit lost at first, until I then all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, noticed that he was pointing over to the cabin, as it was clear to me that he just wanted to head in side at this point, which I suppose that I could not blame him, for, all at the exact same time as well, after just what it was that had just happened to him.

I looked at the older man right in to his eyes, as I could see pain on his face, as to the story that he had told us, as it was clear to me that the man was hurt by the story that he had just told, and it was also clear to me that the older man had not made up the story at the exact same time as well, no matter how much that it seemed like the story might in fact be made up, all at the exact same time as well. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I was quite a bit freaked out by it at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that he had meant by the monster that him and his friend called Big Foot. I felt like it was a bit of a joke, just based off of the way that he had described it, but at the exact same time too, the look on his face when he had said it, did not seem to be an all too joking look.

I knew that the boys were not taking it seriously at all, as they were mocking him through half of the story, and they were making jokes about it, as it was clear that they had thought that the older man was bluffing, and that he was making that shit up. Of course, I suppose that made sense, all at the exact same time too, as to the fact that they thought that he was making it up, due to the fact that they way that he had explained it, kind of sounded like he was talking about a demon, which was a religious thing, all at the exact same time too, which I knew that was some thing for a fact that my friends were against, as I knew that they liked to mock every one that had any thing to do with any sort of religion, all at the exact same time too.

I breathed in just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I felt like I should be just like them, as to the fact that I could tell that the both of them were messing around with the story right now, as it seemed like, all of the sudden, that Alexander had all of the sudden woken him self up, and also the fact that he was no longer as afraid as he had been not all too long ago, as it was clear all of the sudden, all at the exact same time as well, that his family had been making up the story about his uncle, just to scare him. Whilst that might in fact be the case, all at the exact same time too, and a bunch of the pieces did not add up, all at the exact same time as well, I still kind of felt like some of it might be true.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as I kind of felt like a bit of an idiot as to just what it was that I was thinking, right at this very moment in time any ways. It was clear that the man had in fact been out in the real world, but the last time that had been the case for him, it had been a long time ago. If I had to guess, the man was just trying to tell us a bit of a scary story, and this land had been passed on to him from generation to generation at the exact same time as well. I sighed just a bit to my self, all at once, as I then shook my head, all at the exact same time too, as I did my best to try to get my focus off of all of that, and off of all of the thoughts that seemed to be in my head, all at the exact same time as well.

I nodded just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then got my eyes on the girls that were at the table at the exact same time too, as it did not seem like they had heard a single word as to just what it was that the old man had said to us a few moments ago, as I saw that one of the girls was playing with her finger nails right now, and the other one was blowing her back and forth, over and over again. I rolled my eyes just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as it seemed like it was as to no surprise to me that they had not paid any sort of attention as to just what it was that has been told to them, all at the exact same time too, just due to the fact that I knew that it had nothing to do with any sort of social media, so that had just tuned it out a bit from the beginning.

I rolled my eyes a bit, over to them, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that they did not matter at all right at this very moment in time, as there was some thing that was completely different than all of this, that felt like mattered to me right at this very moment in time, which was my girl, as I had not paid her any sort of attention in the last bit of some time, which I did in fact feel quite a bit guilty for, all at the exact same time as well, as I then looked at her, right in to her eyes, all at the exact same time too, as I was not all too sure about all of this. As soon as I looked over to Marion, all at the exact same time too, I then saw her look at me, right in to her eyes, as it seemed like she had a bit of some look of fear in her eyes as well.

It seemed like we kind of felt the same way in all of this, as it was clear that the both of us were a bit afraid as to just what it was that the old man had told us in the story. I shivered a bit to my self, as I knew that it did not make me feel any better at all. I had a bit of some sort of hope, that Marion had not taken as to just what it was that the old man had said to us, all too seriously at all, just like the guys, except for the fact that the guys were joking about all of this. That was clearly not the case at all for her how ever, as I instantly looked away from her, all at the exact same time too, as I kind of regretted looking at her in the very first place too, even if I felt like I did not have much of a choice, just due to the fact that she was my girl friend, and I simply just wanted to make sure that she was okay, never the less.

She was not okay, and that for certain did not make me feel better about any of this, as I blinked my eyes just a few times, and I looked to the other side of the table, all at the exact same time as well, as I could hear the guys snickering a bit at the exact same time as well, as it was clear that they were mocking the old man, as to just what it was that he had said at the end of the story. The old man did not seem to notice at all, as to the fact that they were mocking him, as it seemed like he had quite a bit of a blank look on his face right now, like he did not care a single bit as to just what it was that was going on right now either. That did not make me feel any better, but luckily enough for me, before I thought on just why it was the old man was acting this way, I then all of the sudden, all at the exact same time too, heard the voice of Zachary, as he began to speak to the old man, at the far side of the table.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as if I was going to be completely honest with my self, it kind of felt like Zachary and Alexander were crossing a bit of a fine line as it was right now, as to the fact that they were joking at the man right now, which for some reason did not seem to bother the old man at all, as it was clear that he was a bit lost in his own head, with the fact of the matter, as to the story that he had told us in the very first place any ways. I blinked my eyes a few times, as I still was not all too sure about any of it none the less, but I got my focus off of all of the thoughts that I had been having, as I saw that the old man did the same thing as it seemed like I had done, all at the exact same time as well, as the both of us, all of the sudden looked at Zachary, right in to his eyes, as we then began to listen as to just what it was that he had to say in the very first place any ways.

"That story is all complete bull shit! Big Foot out in the wild?!" He said, as he looked at the old man with quite a bit of a straight look on his face for just a little bit longer, as he then all of the sudden, at the exact same time as well, seemed to crack, as it was clear that he could not handle the straight look on his face for any longer, as he then began to burst out in laughter, all at the exact same time as well, as it was clearly clear to me, that he had not taken a single word that he had said seriously at the exact same time as well, as it seemed like his mind had drawn a bit of a blank, as soon as he had heard the word Big Foot, as he had not heard the rest of the description that had been told about the creature that the old man had seen out in the woods. I felt a bit cold at the exact same time as well, as I hoped that creature had just been made up at the exact same time as well.

I was not all too sure about it how ever, as the old man had in fact gone in to quite a bit of some detail, as to the fact that he had told us an entire story as to the fact as to just what it was that the creature looked like, in the very first place any ways. He had told us that if we saw it, than we needed to run back to the cabin as soon as we could, as he had told us that this cabin was the only safe place for us to be, from all of the different creatures that were out there, all at the exact same time as well, never the less. I blinked my eyes just a few times, all at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure about all of it right at this very moment in time, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like it was best to just leave in alone for the time being, at least, for now.

I nodded just a bit to my self, all at the same time too, as I was not all too quite sure as to just what it was that we should even be doing, right at this very moment in time any ways, as I gulped a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, and I then blinked my eyes a few times, as I continued to stare at the older man for just a little bit longer. The old man, did not seem to hear a single word that Zachary had just said to him how ever, as he had not seemed to notice either, as to the fact that Zachary was laughing at him right now, all at the exact same time as well, as it seemed like he was a little bit blind as to just what it was that was even going on right at this very moment in time any ways, which had me quite a bit lost all at the exact same time as well, as to the fact that the man did not seem to be taking the boys seriously, such as the boys were not taking him seriously at all right now.

I was not all too sure as to just who's side it was that I should be on right now, as a part of me felt quite a bit cold with the story that the old man had told us, as it seemed like some thing had happened to his friend, if his friend was not here at all, such as his girl friends were not here, right at this very moment in time as well, too. Maybe they had got back to their car, and they had got safe, but for some odd reason or another, I kind of felt like that had not been the case for them, which did in fact start to make things feel even more cold than they had been before, and it made the setting feel a lot more dim as well, never the less, as I felt like I just wanted to stare down at the ground all of the sudden, all at the exact same time too. I knew that I could not how ever, as I knew that I needed to be strong right at this very moment in time.

I sighed a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to look back over to my girl, Marion, all at the exact same time too, to see if she was seeming to do any sort of better, which luckily enough for me, and for us, for that matter, as I knew that the girls relied on her a lot, she seemed to be doing at least some what decent now, as it seemed like the look of fear that she had on her face not all too long before now, had all of the sudden seemed to go away, all at the exact same time too, as it now seemed like she simply just had a bit of a blank look on her face right now, which I knew for certain, still was not good at all, by any means necessary, but at the exact same time too, I also knew that it was a lot better than the scared look that I had seen on her face not all too long before now.

I blinked my eyes a few times, as I looked at her, right in to her eyes, but this time, it did not seem like she noticed me at all, as it seemed like her eyes were out in to a bit of an eternal abyss right now, which kind of made me shiver a bit right now. I gulped just a bit to my self, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should do right at this very moment in time, as it was clear that she was not okay right now, and there was also not much that I could do to help her, as it was clear that where ever it was that we were at right at this very moment in time, which was in fact the cabin. We were stuck in here for the time being, due to the fact that I knew that the ground was covered in snow right now, and there was no way that we could get back to the car tonight, at the exact same time as well, as I was glad now that we had brought a bag full of food and water now.

I looked over at the bags, that were not all too far away from me right at this very moment in time, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I was even doing right at this very moment in time any ways, if I was going to be for real with my self. I was a bit empty, and I felt quite a bit dark right now, as my mind was a bit lost. I wanted to get some thing to eat, and some thing to drink right now, but my brain did not seem to want to let me get up and go over to just where it was that I needed to be at right now, plus, the table was quite a bit uncomfortable right now, and I did not want to make it any sort of worse either. I sighed just a bit to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I noticed that the table was now all of the sudden, dead silent, all at the exact same time too.

I was a bit lost, as I did not have a single clue as to just what it was that was going on right at this very moment in time, as my brain felt a little bit stuck, sort of like it was in a trap right now as well. I sighed just a bit to my self, as I did my best to try to regain a little bit of some sort of control over my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I then lifted my head up all of the sudden, as I then all at once, began to hear the voice of some one, as they then began to speak up to every one that was still at the table right now. Of course, that some one was the old man, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that he even had to say to us in the very first place any ways, if I was going to be completely honest with my self. I also was not all too sure if I wanted to listen to it, as he did in fact freak me out quite a bit.

I kind of felt like I did not have much of a choice but to listen as to what ever it was that he had to say to us in the very first place any ways, due to the fact that there was no where to go, and it was quite a bit hard to drown out all of my thoughts right now, due to the fact that it was oh so cold out side right at this very moment in time as well. I shivered a bit to my self, as I shook my head just a little bit, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden, all at once, began to lift my head up to the old man, as I then looked at him, dead in to his eyes, never the less. I was not all too sure as to just what else it was that I should do, or be doing right now any ways, as I then all of the sudden began to listen as to just what it was that the old man even had to say, at the exact same time too.

"If you don't think this is real... Than do not say I did not warn you... Either way, it is not safe to go out right now... It is the middle of the night, and there is a blizzard..." He said to all of us, as it seemed like he was looking right at me, right in to my eyes, as if I was the one that had been mocking him, and it had not been my other friends that had been the ones that were doing as such a thing. It kind of made me feel a little bit off, as well as the fact that I was quite a bit uncomfortable too. I dipped my head a little bit low to the ground, as I kind of felt like I really could not handle all of the stress, and all of the pressure that felt like was being built up in me right at this very moment in time. I sighed a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden, got my focus on to just what it was that the old man had said in the very first place any ways. The man seemed to be a some what smart man, if I had to guess, as to the fact that I knew that he was in fact right with what it was that he had said on the fact that we could not go back to our car tonight, due to the fact that there was a blizzard, and we did not know how long the blizzard would last, as for all that we knew, the blizzard could end up covering the entire car in snow, and we might not be able to ever find it. The thought of that kind of freaked me out, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that we should do right now at the exact same time as well. I felt sick, as I then all of the sudden heard the old man start to speak up to us once again. Once again, just like last time, I really did not want to listen as to just what it was that he had to say none the less, but I felt like I did not have much of a choice how ever, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he had to say once again, at the exact same time too. "It's best to stay in the cabin here tonight... You can sleep on the couches, hopefully it will be better tomorrow..."
