Safe room

Cameron was nicely situated in his chair. His legs were elevated as he watched a security camera. The day was really mundane. He had a new order to fallow, a potential threat. His personal favorite, despite the long hours. This guy was really stupid, it was like watching a bad movie from the beginning. The man in question was being controlled by his own fears. He had told a reporter that the blue light Angel, had visited him. He must have heard of the legend, and was desperate for some attention. Reporters love legends this would give new light to the story. If even a small article was published, it would cause them grief.

In all honesty this average man, would be lucky if anyone even noticed him. He was average in every way. Maybe a little below, but Cameron wasn't the person to really care. Everyone had their gifts in life and his was being average. Like many people the man was barely getting by in life. He had an average car an average apartment and a cute cat. The man had a Mother and a Sister, that barely gave them any attention. He should have gotten a ferret or a dog instead of a cat.

Cameron was sure the man overheard something. When he was at the emergency room for indigestion. Even the nurses gave him little attention. He walked out without even seeing the doctor. Once his heart burn subsided he was magical cured from his heart attack. Cameron could barely keep himself together as he read the report. This guy needed an average or even a little below average girlfriend. Then again he would have to stop being so bland.

Cameron turned his attention to the reporter. He was a above average man that loved his job. He loved creating something from nothing. He loved finding the truth or close enough and he loved the feeling he got when he saw his face in ink. Even his name in ink was a reason to celebrate. In fact he loved it so much his girlfriend for over ten years got her name tattooed on her shoulder. She put it in a place that was easy for her to show off even in public. It did things to him and she loved the control. Every time he saw it, he would and loose his concentration. That woman had a spell on him, she was the only one that truly understood him. When he started his downward spiral on a case, she would put on an outfit that showed off the ink and ask if he was coming to bed. That woman did thing to him. Cameron wanted to keep it that way. There wasn't much for the reporter to find and this case and it drove him mad. If it wasn't for his distraction he probably would have stumbled across it. That is why she won tickets in her favorite radio station whenever he started looking into the case. She loved her tank tops and he loved her even more when she had a couple.

Most discoveries are made by pure mistake. Simple mistakes that many people make hundreds of times. It takes a person willing to really look at things, trying to understand why, to make a discovery. Cameron knew this man wasn't intelligent enough to figure his nose from his toes. His main concern was the reporter. This reporter had been poking his nose around this story for years. If it wasn't for tank top he would have probably figured it out. Cameron had done a great job making everything look completely non creditable. He made sure even the reporter boss would throw it out.

The man really isn't a threat and he was getting board of watching him. This wackos thinks he know something, he knows nothing about. The man filled in the blank with his imagination. All Cameron needed to do was mess with the guy a little. After he was done no one would believe him. The second thing is to have him meet with the reporter. The reporter had been toying with the case for years, he was bright and would see he was crazy. This was going to be fun. Cameron knew just the guy to mess with him. Cameron knew he was diabolical, but no one was really was going to get hurt. Plus this man really needed a friend. A mental professional wouldn't hurt. If all goes as planned he would get both free of charge.

Cameron leaned back in his chair as he stretched out. He had been watching this man for the last few days. He was definitely ready for a shower and a good night of sleep. When he heard a knock at the door. Cameron decided to deal with him later. He knew Troy would get the point and go to work. Troy was very predictable. He needed to cool down. He needed to get his focus back and then he would go back to normal. Troy always hated not getting what he wanted. Cameron knew he would obey himself even though he hated the idea of evidence floating around.

Cameron was more then happy to play with all his teammates. Except for Troy, he was in a time out. Troy was going through a high strong spat. This comes from him being over thought about as a child. Troys inner thoughts showed this, it came out in conversation during one of their visits. Cameron remember the confusion when he realized that Troy projected this onto him. Cameron noticed everything and everyone around him. He knew how he fit in the place between those who are accepting of others. Troy command the space for himself he never had to adapt. This act gave him respect. This act also kept people at arms length. Now it was time for Troy to learn how to fit in. Troy wasn't allowed to command respect or anything else from Cameron. Cameron was now the teacher.

Cameron was comfortable in his chair as he made the call. He had done his job and was going to turn it all over to Emmet. Everything was in full swing, even his most trusted partner in crime, was bouncing around the room in excitement. Cameron had been busy and had neglected his fur baby. He caught a glimpse of the little guy running away with one of his toys. A sock he stole from his old roommate. Where else was his slinky going to store his stash of goodies.

Emmet was going to make some havoc. This average guy was going to be gas lighted him so bad. The average man might question his own name. Emmet was going to take this guy on an adventure. Why Emmet was on the team sometimes made Cameron question a small amount of the organization. On the other hand Cameron would hack into people information. They all had their own specialties. Cameron left the thought alone and with that and he turned his attention to his neglected ferret. His slinky was the true victim here.
