3.1MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Being a sole proprietorship form of business it is under the management of Mr.Bundi who is the owner. The proprietor is qualified in business skills. She has the following roles controlling the business, planning the activities, setting the selling prices, paying the employees and allowing credits. She has a degree in business management and a two year experience hence, she is qualified thus she will be enjoying the profits alone although she will be the one paying all the expenses.

3.3 RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND PROMOTION.
3.3.1 Recruitment
This will be by academic qualification and experience. Whenever position falls vacant business will advertise the post and candidate applied to the management then the applicants will be interviewed the candidates who qualifies will be placed in the respective position.
3.3.2 Remuneration and incentive
The employees work for 10 hours per day. They are expected to work under minimum supervision there is a fed break that is 30 minutes and lunch break of one hour, they are offered leaves annually, day offs, sick leaves as a way of motivating them, the manager is paid 20000 per month, salesperson 12000 and the watchman 5000.

3.6 EXTERNAL SUPPORT.
a) Banking service.
The enterprise require service from family bank and equity bank . The business has accounts with the two banks and it deposits the cash and also borrow bank overdraft and loans to support the business.
b) Postal services.
The business will require postal services from Embu Post Office to conveniently communicate to the suppliers. Customers and well-wishers cannot also send letters through the post office.
c) Telephone service.
The business will have Airtel line to be used for communicating with customers and suppliers.
3.7 GENERAL ORGANIZATION.
There will having a staff update every morning before work starts and every evening after work on any issue arising in oral or written means of communication used to run the business smoothly.
