FEZ'S Agrovet is a shop that will be dealing with already manufactured goods but from different companies they will be supplied as per the request of the proprietor from the manufacturer.

The proprietor of the business uses a rented premises to operate the business. The premises is rented for a long-term basis that is along agreed period of time. 4.2 PRODUCTION PROCESS.

4.2.1 Inspection

Some of the operation equipment's in FEZ'S agrovet shop, undertakes a process before selling. They includes: goods delivered before offloading from the vehicle the manager direct the salesperson to confirm the quantity with the one in the delivery note, after confirming there are correct, the salesperson pays them and arranges them on the shelves hence the stock is ready for sale.

4.2.2 Quantity Control

Since the business deals with already manufactured product i.e. it ensures that the buyers from the companies that produce high quality and quantity goods, durable, safe, comfortable to use and worthy price achieve quality standard. The following activities are carried out: Good working condition, quality product, proper security, motivated employees.

4.2.3 Labour control

FEZ'S Agrovetis a startup type of business. It does not have casual workers a part from the proprietor salesperson and watchman.

4.2.4 Working schedule

The normal working hour is 8.00 to 6.00pm ten hours during the week days Monday to Friday and Saturdays and public holidays working hours will be from 10.00am to 4pm and on Sunday is a free considered as over time.

4.3 REGULATION AFFECTING THE PRODUCT.

1. License

The business will obtain permit from the county government of Embu East

2. Safety Business.

The business will be able to offer masks and dustcoats to the workers.

3. Environmental Regulation.

The business will provide dustbin to enhance proper disposal of waste and keeping the environment clean.

4. Hygiene Regulation.

There will be clean drinking water which will be provided by the business to the workers and customers and the business will also provide NHIF for the workers.

5. Building Regulations.

The business provide enough space for the customers and workers. There will be proper ventilation to ensure that there is enough circulation of air in the room.
