Cleanliness is next to godliness…

*A/N this chapter will have a bit of lewdness to it, so if its something your not interested in feel free to skip the chapter and know that Kleek and Jack are beginning a real romance here now. There wont be erotica or anything like that, let alone descriptive things, that i shall leave to the imagination. But i do openly talk about the two of them bathing in a stream.*

I came over a hill and saw a pike of clothes on a larger rock near a stream that had a small waterfall. I saw kleek in the waterfall letting the fresh water rinse her body clean. Embarrassed by what i saw i started to turn away and head back to the camp when she called out.

"Hey! Sorry, you were asleep and i figured i should wash up a bit before we head to the city. You might want to think about it as well, what with all the blood and bits youve been covered in starting to cause us both to smell a little. We can also wash our clothes here and let them dry in the sun while we bathe?"

Unsure how to act i tried to make an excuse to slip away while she bathed.

"Sure, ill come wash up once your done then…"

"No need, come join me, that way we save some time."

My face grew flush. I had always been a single man so the unclothed figure of a woman was still something i wasnt used to, let alone bathing with a girl… I stepped to the rock before taking off my armour and letting it soak for a bit while rubbing the grime and blood stains on it off, before setting it next to her stuff. Then i hopped into the water and the cool fresh water was relaxing after all the strain i had put my body under. I approached her as i began to relax, the water at first knee hight until i lt reached waist high. That however didnt help as the clear water gave away my unwanted excitement. Her blush only made things more awkward. Standing under the water fall i scrubbed my nappy hair until it was free of grime, blood and guts.

Kleek handed me a small soft object which I recognized as a very basic bar of soap. I used it eagerly and aggressively scrubbing and soaping my entire upper body. Once i was done I started on the rest of my lower bits before I noticed she was watching me, arms crossed under her chest propping it up a bit.

"I uhhhh…." My eyes drifted to the one place i was trying not to look only to make her squeeze her arms a little more.

"Sorry… its just… interesting watching you…"

"Oh… uhm… thanks… i guess…" i sunk back into the water fall and let the water flow over my body for a while.

When i came out i saw Kleek bent over by the rocks slowly gathering her clothes. I walked up behind her, unable to avoid seeing everything yet again.

"Heres this back." I said as I handed her the soap.

Without looking she reached back and missed the soap grabbing something else on accident before quickly letting go and looking where she was grabbing grabbed the soap this time.

"It… it was nice to… you know… bathe together…" she stammered.

"I guess it was… its been so long since i relaxed, this was definitely a much needed break…" i trailed off as i stared into her beautiful green eyes… our eyes locked for what seemed like forever before it felt like gravity started to pull us together. I slowly wrapped my arms around her as she wrapped hers around me. I leaned in for a kiss and sparks flew.

After a moment of passion took over our minds our lip's finally separated.

"Wow… you… you are a great kisser…" my cheeks flush I couldn't help but let the words spew out of my mouth. "You know… your also incredibly beautiful… probably one of the most attractive people I've ever met…"

Her cheeks grew bright red as she smiled, her teeth shining a brilliant white. She stole another kiss from my lips.

"Thank… thank you… are… are we… a… couple…?"

"If you want… i… i do like you… a lot… you've followed me this far… and if you want to go all the way with me then id be more than willing to let you ride along…"

Her face now morphing into a bright red skin tone made me see how that came out wrong..

"I mean uhhh… if you want to come with me the you can… er uhhh… well… if you want to be with me then be with me…" flustered at how my first attempts at admitting wanting a relationship going absolutely wrong and making it seem like something completely different than a wholesome relationship.

"Yes! I will always want to come with you!" Her body pressed against mine as she hugged me.

We held each other for a while, the sun warming our skin. Eventually we started donning our gear, and went back to the camp to clean up. The dragon seeming to have a smirk on its face even though it didn't really have face muscles…

Once we were packed and ready to go we set off for the big city.
