A Leisurely Lunch

Solis rubbed his face against Noir and murmured, "Are you hungry, my little darling?"

Noir remained silent. He was a bit peckish, actually, but you wouldn't be able to call it properly hungry, though.

Solis raised an eyebrow. "A bit, is it?" he asked.

Noir nodded. "A little bit," he said. "Not really hungry – I can wait for our wedding feast in the evening, too, if you prefer," he said shyly.

Solis shook his head with a laugh. "I am not so poor that I have to let my little husband go hungry, even if it's just a little bit!" he said. "I'll fetch us some lunch, all right?"

"I can go…" Noir said.

Solis shook his head. "Be good," he said, pressing a soft kiss against Noir's brow. "Rest your body first, all right?"

Noir flushed, but didn't object.

Solis couldn't help but steal a kiss. Noir seemed to have grown ten times more adorable since they got married officially, he thought.
