The Hard Truth: Obesity

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

Ok SO!

The Hard Truth about Obesity is something that is common knowledge.

Its not good.

Sounds simple right? Well, your wrong.

Obesity is a disease that has been around for a very very long time. Knowing about it, is the first step.

But you may wonder,

"Why the hell is this person spouting nonsense about fat people?"

And you are right to be curious, all of you are.

And if not, well then I'm gonna have to make you curious.

Do you want to know The Hard Truth? Well, let's start at the beginning;

Obesity has been around a long time, which as most of you can guess, is the most basic of information.

But taking a look, back in time, food wasn't as easy to come across.

Kings and Queens and all that Corrupted Government, got the main haul of every tasty luxury known to man.

While Villages starved, and many people died, The people who lived at the top got more than they could ever need.

Greed, is what it was. Pure human greed.

They had more than enough to stuff themselves up with, while their subjects didn't even have enough to live. Why do you think there are so many fat people in royalty.

Now keeping that all in mind, what about the people who came into power from the streets?

Don't you worry, I haven't forgotten, you silly goose.

These people, who came into power, either becoming a King/Queen, or maybe just a part of the government, were assholes too.

Think about it.

If you were dirt poor, starving for days, and all of a sudden, your sitting at the top…you really think that person is gonna throw you a bone?

Psshhh Nah!

Now, as time passes, more and more people are growing food, more and more animals are being made(yes it's what you think), and kings and queens are being overthrown all over the place.

it's just a messy time period.

But, coming out of all the castles and crap, came the somewhat near old days.

Im talkin about 1800s and up.

Now Slavery had been going on for quite awhile, and all them plantation owners were fat as hell.

Anyone who owned a slaves, was most likely Obese. Getting everything done for you, while you sat on your ass on your porch, sipping lemonade or ice tea or some bullshit.

Im almost surprised the slaves didn't kick their owners fat asses, having worked for years, their body's would be a lot stronger than the fat man.

But I do suppose the fat owners had guns, and food control could have made the slaves weaker.

But anyways, that's another example of people who think they are better than others, by getting fat from their own stupid and evil actions.

Now since 1975, Obesity has tripled in cases, but the 1990s is when is spread rapidly throughout the United States.

Now today, Obesity is JUST NOW BEING CONSIDERED A ACTUAL PROBLEM

LIKE WHAT THE FUCKKK.

But really, who can we blame?

Crops are more pricey.

Foods like fruits and vegetables have become a luxury!

But isn't it the other way around???

Foods like donuts, crackers, chips, soda, candy, burgers, tacos, burritos, THE MCRIB!, have all been labeled at luxury food items; hell, they even have a tax for it.

But even with that, all this cheap and unhealthy food is so easily accessible, at such a low price, it would be dumb to spend $9 on a salad, when you could spend $9 at McDonald's and get 6 McChickens and a large soda.

Now with that mindset, imagine a teenager,

Fresh out of high school, and now all of a sudden, is thrown into a world where he had bills to pay, a house to keep over his head, Student loans, etc.

The minimum wage for where the dickhead Author lives is $13.50 an hour.

Try living on that with a dog or cat, it's a fucking nightmare. They have bills too!

Toys, dishes, food, medicine, AND GOD FORBID THEY GET SICK!

Now with all that in mind….do you wanna spend another $200-$300 on enough healthy crap to last u a few days???? Umm…NO!

Most people are too busy working their ass off just to hand their entire check to their landlord. Most of the time, they aren't even home. They grab a quick bite at the nearest drive-through, and that's that.

Now coming to a wrap up, here is The Hard Truth…

If you, or someone you know or love has Obesity, then it'll be hard to come back from that.

Its not impossible, in fact, there are people who beat it all the time.

But, as life likes to do, it makes it hard.

There are two routes you can take, both having their own challenges in their own way.

1. You can resort to hard work

There is nothing to it. Its as simple as it sounds. Pure hard work, dedication, discipline. Not eating as much, drinking more water, and exercising regularly can help improve your health.

It sucks, I'll be honest.

Why the hell would you wanna lift weights or run laps when you could get a pizza and watch a movie?

Answering your question, with a question, let me ask you all this,

Do you hate when people make fun of your body?

That's why.

The Hard Truth:

Nobody can change you but you. You don't like something about yourself? Change it. You are the operator of you're own meat suit.
