Li Jie's death ll

Li Jie was dragged out of the palace into the centre of the street of Lijiang, Haorang froze up seeing his young master's condition.

"Young master!." he wanted to charge but Li Jie raised a finger signaling him not to come any closer.

Chaoxiang gripped unto his hair as he made Li Jie gaze into the dark clouds, Li Jie's eyes were slowly closing, everything was a blur in front of him but he could make out the lightning in the sky.

"You see that?, this is just a little piece of what that lightning is going to do to you!"

The people of Lijiang were in tears seeing their young master getting tortured severely by them, most especially his own brother.

Li Jie's mind was clouded, Daiyu suddenly showed up and she gasped seeing Li Jie's condition, he was covered in his own blood from being severely beating or wounded, she felt her heart break in two but there was nothing she could do to stop Chaoxiang. Tears swimmed in her eyes but she made sure no one noticed by quickly wiping it off.

The clouds were dark and each lightning was fiercer than before.

Mei jingjing finally woke up, her head ached badly and a few blood ran down her forehead, she was feeling dizzy and made herself sit up.

"What happened, my head hurts so bad." she said but then realized she was getting the last seal from Chao Xua when the door suddenly blast opened.

"The seal!" she glanced around and saw Chao Xua still unconscious on the floor, she forced herself to get up to her feet and hurried to the window to see what was going on, she could see Li Jie laying half dead on the floor making her heart sink, he was covered in his own blood and was severely injured, her hands flew to her mouth to stop herself from screaming. What did they do to him?!, she's running out of time, where's the seal?.

She quickly glanced around the room ignoring the headache she felt, she searched for the seal in every corner.

Li Jie gazed out into the sky, a once peaceful place Known as Lijiang has turned into a battle ground.

What's the use of living if he can't save them, he's failed and that was the truth.

He closed his eyes wanting to give in to the dark which was ready to consume him when Mei jingjing's smiling face flashed in his head lighting up his dark world, he could hear her soothing voice in his head.

"You can't leave me master Li Jie, you promised." her voice kept ringing in his head taking him away from the darkness.

Weng Lie smirked. "You're nothing but a pretty face, what do you have that I don't, yet you were always the favourable one." he scoffed. "You were given such a beautiful lady for a wife, well doesn't matter cause you'll be dead soon leaving your beautiful wife all for me to enjoy. I'm sure you knew I picked an interest in your wife."

The yokai chuckled. "Me too, how about we both take turns with her or we could do it the same time."

Li Jie's hands balled into tight fist, if he has to die, he's taking them along with him or else Mei jingjing won't be safe.

"If she refuses, we'll kill her " the yokai added making Li Jie's eyes jolt open, his eyes had turned golden again and lit up immediately, they were all stunned as Li Jie slowly got to his feet.

"Say all you want about me but don't you dare talk about my wife like that."

He tore off his shirt leaving his chest bare and his wounds were visible now, how is he getting up with such severe wounds, the people where stunned including Haorang whose been holding himself back.

Chaoxiang glared at him. "How can you still get up on your own two feet?!"

Li Jie endured the pains his wounds inflicted on him and smirked.

"You helped me, so I thank you for that." Li Jie himself couldn't believe it, but this was the last strength he has which means he has to use it wisely, The four of them launched at him but he dodged it and to their surprise, he took off, got into a horse and rode off.

"He's getting away, after him!!" Chaoxiang said and he really didn't need a horse, he hanged in the air and immediately went after Li Jie.

The yokai and the earth beast trailing behind leaving weng Lie on his own. he got into the palace and was on the search for only one person.

Mei jingjing.

Li Jie could tell they were following him, he was glad he could get them get away from his people, at least they'll be safe, he tried his best to remain on the horse as his wounds stung him deeply.

Mei jingjing finally found the last seal, she hurriedly picked it up, weng Lie walked in frightening the poor Mei jingjing, she gasped at his sudden entrance, he gazed at the last seal she held tightly in her hands and frowned.

"Hand it over, now!" he walked up to her but she already has a few tricks up her sleeves, the minute he got close to her, she dived underneath his legs and headed out through the door leaving him speechless.

"Get back here Mei jingjing!"

She kept on running, his voice brought nothing but anger and fear in her, he chased after her without stopping.

Li Jie realized he wasn't close to Lijiang kingdom anymore, he stopped by a huge ocean and got down from the horse falling to the ground, The healing process was starting to take place making him groan in pain, it was so unbearable it made him wish he was dead.

Chaoxiang and the rest beast's showed up circling Li Jie.

"Is it painful, don't worry about it, you don't have much time anyways, any last words?"

Li Jie smirked and slowly got to his feet, the lightning in the sky was horrifying as the whole world could see it, This clearly wasn't an autumn festival anymore.

"I do have one last thing to say." Li Jie said and smirked at Chaoxiang. "The times up."

Li Jie used his last strength to form a huge rock smashing the three beasts together, they were trapped in the rock, his eyes glowed as he kept the rocks in check.

The beasts were stunned and tried to free themselves but they couldn't do it, Li Jie was suddenly taken to the sky by some invisible force and he took the beast's along with him, The people of Lijiang could clearly see Li Jie taken to the sky and he took the trapped beast's along with him.

"If I'm going to get dragged down, I'm dragging you with me." he said to the beast with a smirk as they were all shocked by his words, this was his plan and they fell right into it.

The next minute, Li Jie got striked by a powerful lightning and so did the three beast's, everyone gasped including Daiyu, the scene in front of them was so horrifying, the parents closed their childrens eye's as they stared at the tragic scene in front of them.

Mei jingjing ran to the edge of the stairs and before weng Lie could grab her, she got out of the way making him fall of from the high stairs, he gazed in horror as he found himself falling, she gasped in shock and closed her eyes tightly after hearing a loud thud like someone had fallen.

She quickly brought out the remaining piece and with shaky hands, she fixed the seals together causing a blinding light to shine across the whole room.

The beasts where getting struck and a sudden force swept through them and they had a horrifying look on their faces.

"Noooo!!!, this can't be happening!" they said, They slowly turned into dust Li Jie could make out what was happening to them through the lightning, Mei jingjing finally did it.

The light suddenly vanished and the seal was fixed, Mei jingjing ran to the window and saw master Li Jie getting struck by the lightning, she gasped in horror but the beasts were already turning into dust.

The lightning was clearly showing no mercy at all as each strike was fiercer than the other.

"I..... I have to get to him."

She quickly ran out of the palace and met Haorang getting a horse prepared.

"Haorang, I need to use the horse now!, take care of Chao Xua." she got unto the horse without waiting for his reply and rode off.

The beast's were gone and had turn into sand but Li Jie was still getting struck and the lightning won't stop unless he dies, his whole body was electrocuted, he balled his hands into fist, this pain was ten times stronger than whatever pain he's felt before. It was unbearably painful but what he wasn't expecting was to see Mei jingjing riding a horse and was heading towards where he was, what is she doing here?!.

Mei jingjing got down from the horse and wanted to run to him but he used his powers rising the water below him so high she wasn't able to come any nearer. She stopped once she noticed Li Jie wasn't letting her come close.

"Master Li Jie, you can't do this!" she cried her eyes out not wanting to loose him but he forced a smile and kept his gaze on her.

"I don't want you to see me like this." he said trying to endure the pain he felt even in his heart as he watched her cry like that.

Mei jingjing thought of what to do, she glanced at the seal in her hand, a realization suddenly dawned on her, she didn't Know why but she tossed the seal at Li Jie, he used his powers to bring the seal closer to him and he caught it in his hands.

Leader Chang was meditating and a smile crossed his lips.

"Now that's a little twist." he said and chuckled.

weng Lie remained on the floor unconscious when a strange steam oozed out of his body, he yelped in pain as his nails began to grow longer, he dugged it deep into the ground, horns protruded from his head, his eyes opened and were now red in colour, he smirked, the promise has been fulfilled.

He stepped out of the kingdom and everyone gasped at the sight of him, was that weng Lie, what on earth happened to him?!, was he a demon?!!

He stretched himself and smirked devilishly, he wasn't looking different from the devil himself, everyone panicked and moved out of the way for him.

He was heading somewhere and of course, everyone knew where he was heading.

Li Jie was starting to loose it, he couldn't hold the pain much longer but was caught off guard when he spotted weng Lie heading towards his direction. His eyes grew wider, was that weng Lie?!, Even Mei jingjing froze up at the sight of him, she fell to the ground with a horrifying look on her face, what on Earth happened to weng Lie?!

"W.....w....weng Lie?!"

"Surprised?" he said as he walked up to Mei jingjing who tried to crawl out of the way, Li Jie couldn't do a thing to stop him, no no he can't die now, weng Lie's going to hurt Mei jingjing and he won't let that happen, he's not going to let him win this battle.

He glared at the lightning which struck him and placed the seal in front of it, the lightning struck the seal as well as Li Jie, the lightning was so so strong it drained all of Li Jie's strength and blew up the seal sending Li Jie falling into the huge ocean.

Mei jingjing gasped. "Li Jie?!" she felt her heart stop after that covering her face as the blinding light shun around the whole of Lijiang.

The minute the light died, Mei jingjing opened her eyes, the dark sky was fading away, the lightning had stopped but there wasn't any trace of master Li Jie, where was Li Jie?, no no he couldn't be dead, he can't be dead.

Weng Lie laughed in a murderous tone. "Congratulations to me, Li Jie is finally dead." he said to Mei jingjing's face, she shook her head as tears ran down her eyes, she didn't want to believe it.

"You're lieing to me, he isn't dead, he can't be dead!!" she wanted to run into the water but weng Lie held her back.

"You better listen and listen good, Li Jie is gone which makes you my pet forever, you'll have to do as I tell you to, got that?!" he said while Mei jingjing stood in a daze staring absent mindedly at the huge ocean like Li Jie was going to show up any minute but nothing happened. Li Jie's dead???!!
