She truly did feel like Alice had when she’d stepped into wonderland. Maybe, this tiny creature was the Madhatter.

“Are ye crazy? Ye gotta stay away from the Jackalopes. They cheat like no tomorrow, and they’ll skewer ye on them horns if they catch ye near their holes!” the little thing warned.

Neivayka’s jaw dropped in shock at his words. Then she shook it off, wondering why she was feeling shocked at all. She began to laugh almost hysterically, like a lunatic who had just accepted the fact that they were out of their mind.

“What’s going?” Nesha asked cautiously, her attention now completely on Neivayka.

“This little guy is worried about Jackalopes,” Neivayka informed her, still laughing.

She put her hands on her head, giving herself horns, and made hopping motions. Nesha walked over slowly and glanced down to see what she was talking about.

“I’m not little!” the guy yelled.
