Cold sweat poured down Neivayka’s face as she fought to open her eyes once more. Instinctively, despite not actually being awake, she knew this dream was worse than any other she’d had before.


Neivayka stood staring out at an ocean as familiar to her as any other place she had called home. This beach is where she met her mother after being thrown into the World of Light. At the time, this beach had been beautiful and peaceful. A perfect little getaway when everything had become too much. Over time, little by little, the beach’s peaceful atmosphere had changed, becoming darker and more violent.
