Chapter 110

Craig opened his mouth to argue more then closed it obviously agreeing that we needed to move on.

“That’s quite an interesting truck,” I said raising an eyebrow at them.

“It helps when the freeways blocked,” Gerard said with a wide grin. “We found it outside of Oklahoma. Saved a lot of time.”

A smile twitched at my lips. Typical males. If they could smash, bash, or blow something up they’re going to.

“Alright, well… let’s get on the move,” I repeated.

In no time at all everyone was loaded up. Of course, the truck was too small for us all to sit inside so all of us except the boys sat in the back. As we drove down the crowded street the truck would jerk every time, they smashed something out of the way, making the ride very bumpy and uncomfortable, but I had never been so happy to feel the wind in my face again.
