Raina Corps created a video game that players can immerse themselves into. For most it is just a normal game, but for Vicky, it turned into a nightmare. Her brother was murdered because of the game and now she seeks to avenge him.

For Vicky, vengeance took an unexpected turn when it led to a whole lot of new events. She found another survivor, someone she thought she lost. Eventually, avenging her brother, she faces betrayal, and finds the dark past of her parent’s murder.

Vicky finds herself in the center of something she never thought she would. She learns more about her mother’s secrets, and her work with the company that built the VR technology.

Vicky's Reality

Vicky looked through her side mirror, and saw crimson NPCs on bikes following them. She drove into oncoming traffic. The NPCs kept following her and all the players in the game.

"We've got the new NPCs playing cops. Watch out for them!" Cassius said on Vicky's earpiece.

"Easy for you to say!" Vicky mumbled under her breath. She swerved away from the oncoming vehicles. Unbeknownst to her, she was nearing a road block.

Vicky looked behind her. She was about to reach for her sword, when she saw red cars blocking the road. Her HUD marked the spikes stripes on the ground. There was no way around it.

Vicky locked the steering on the bike. She stood on the bike, waited until it neared the road block. She jumped off the bike, doing a flip, and landed directly on the bike she respawned.

"That's enough stunts for a day, Icicle! Next time you respawn your bike… you're disqualified!" Cassius said on Vicky's earpiece.
