The Princess and the 7 Princes

As Lucien and Aliana danced in front of the crowd, everyone began to comment on how smitten the pair looked wrapped in each other's arms.


When the dance ended everyone clapped and began to make their way to several tables set up with piles of food waiting. Aliana and Lucien were seated next to each other at a separate table with the Grand Prince and Princess.


"I am happy you picked someone as sweet as His Grace, Your Highness," Princess Rylia said cheerfully to Aliana as they all settled down at their table. 


"He was the best suited for the job," Aliana beamed. A footman poured them wine and made sure they had everything they needed, Aliana sipped her wine and surveyed the room.


Everyone seemed to be in good spirits, especially the Grand Prince and Princess, she was happy that only Samuel and Alaric looked unhappy. She felt bad for Samuel but she didn't feel the same way as she felt for Lucien.
