Chapter 56: I'll Blow You, Alright

Looking at her reflection in the full-length mirror, Emma studied herself wondering if she looked okay. She'd been told time and time again that the wedding wasn't fancy and there was no need to go all out, but she felt the need to dress up and look nice. Just because the wedding was small didn't mean it was any less important. When her alarm on her phone went off reminding her it was time to leave, she slid on her heels and grabbed her purse.

Jackson had offered to swing by and pick her up, but he had so much to do today, that Emma didn't want to add something else to his long list. There was no reason for all of that when she was perfectly capable of driving herself. Throwing open the door, she squeaked when she saw the man before her. She took her time taking in every inch of Jackson standing there all gorgeous in his dress uniform. That uniform was made for his body. It was tailored perfectly.

"Wow."

"I could say the same about you. You're beautiful."
