"Wow. This will be fun." I say nervously.
"Come on. It's your birthday." McKenna smiles. "Loosen up a bit."
"Yeah princess. Loosen up a bit." I didn't have to turn around to know who that was. I only know one person who smells like white oak wood and masculinity.
Ace.
I still can't get the memory of our kiss out of my mind. I don't get him at all. First he kisses me, then he's a complete asshole.
Men.
I sigh. "Fine. Let's do this." I say before walking inside.

As soon as I am inside the building. I head straight for the kitchen to get a soda. I mean, I might not have been to a high school party before but that does not mean that I do not know that the drink would be in the kitchen. I mean, where else would they be kept? in the bathroom?
Anyways. I open the refrigerator and took out a soda. As soon as I was about to open it, it was snatched from my hands.
I spun around to glare at two smiling Hailey and McKenna.
"There is no way you are drinking -soda- on your birthday." McKenna says.
I stare at the two of them as if they had grown three extra heads.
"You want me to drink water?!" I ask.
Now it was their turn to look at me as if I had grown extra heads.
"Absolutely not." Hailey says before handing me a red cup.
"The hell is this?" I ask, examining the the contents of the cup.
Obviously alcohol.
"This." McKenna paused. "Is tequila and soda."
I immediately shook my head, shoving the cup towards her.
"No thanks. I don't drink that type of alcohol." I say. It was the truth. Since the drinking age for most European countries are pretty young, I was allowed to drink wine since u turned twelve, but mother only allowed me to drink it when I turned sixteen, and since then, Chardonnay has been the best alcohol I have ever tasted. The -only- I have ever tasted, actually.
"Come on, it would help you loosen up." Hailey says, giving the cup back to me.
I took a sniff of it and got a whiff of the alcohol smell.
"Damn."
I took a small sip and immediately scrunched up my nose, shoving the cup back to Hailey.
"Yeah Tequila is definitely not for me." I say.
"How about this." McKenna says, shoving a smaller cup into my hands.
"What is this one?" I ask.
"This, is Apple Vodka." she says. wiggling her eyebrows.
"Ew. It smells worst than tequila." I say shoving the cup back to her, which she did not take.
"Just try it." They both say in sync.
I hesitated for a moment before take a sip.
A few seconds after swallowing, I could feel the burning sensation in my chest. My tastebuds melted at the taste of the delicious drink. I could taste the apple and the bitterness, but it also tasted like a normal drink.
I took a few more gulps until the cup was completely empty.
"Wow, look at you." Hailey says. Both girls staring at me surprised.
"Now this." I pause. "Is my type of drink. Is there any more if this?" I asked.
The two girls stared at each other creepily before turning to smile at me.
"Right this way." Hailey says and I oblige.

"Woo-hoo, this is freaking, AWESOME!" I yell. "You guys are awesome!"
By now, you could tell that u was already a bit more than tipsy, but hey, I was having a great time.
"Who wants to play truth or dare." some girl shouts. I think her name was was Savannah or Samantha or something like that.
"Me! Me! Me!" I yell. I know what truth or dare is of course. I -do- watch movies. I am a princess not a... whatever you call a person who does not watch movies.
A few minutes later, a bunch of students were gathered in a circle in the sitting room.
"Where is Hannah?" I ask my friends.
"Dunno, last time I saw her she was talking to some guy." Hailey says.
"Oh, okay."
"Okay, so you all know how the game works, whoever the bottle top lands on is the person who must answer and is the person who spins next." The girl says.
Everyone mutter small "Got its" and "Cools"
"Okay, the birthday girls gets to go first."
I look around the room as if she did not mean me.
"Emilia, truth or dare." she asks.
I sigh before turning to look at her.
I ponder for a moment before replying:
"Truth."
Everyone in the circle let's out heavy sighs, giving me a look.
"Okay fine. Dare."
"Great, I dare you to do a seven minutes in heaven with the guy that is closest to you." The girl says. I am just going to refer to her as 'girl' since I forgot her name.
I look beside me to see that I was sat between, Hailey and McKenna, and the guy closest to me was.
"Oh hell no." I deadpan, as I glared at Ace.
Yup, cliché, I know.
"You have to do it, or else you will have to drink three shot glasses of hot sauce." Hailey says, nudging my shoulder.
I hesitated for a moment, looking at Ace.
"Come on princess. As long as you control yourself then nothing will happen." he smirks.
I roll my eyes at him before getting up.
"Alright. Let us go." I say, heading towards the supply closet, Ace in tow.
Ace closes the door as soon as we are in.
We stood in silence for a few minutes, before we both say in unison.
"So."
We both chuckle.
"Please don't jump my bones." Ace jokes. I think.
I let out a fake laugh before saying:
"Oh please, I should be the one worrying that you will jump MY bones."
"I actually don't mind you jumping me. I just want you to give me a heads up first." He smirks.
I roll my eyes and pause for a few seconds before saying:
"You know you looks so much better in the dark." I say, playfully reaching up to ruffle his dark hair.
"Wonder what else we could do it the dark." he winks, giving me a suggestive look.
I slapped his chest and rolled my eyes.
"Shut up or I will kick your ass. Again". I chuckle.
It was silent again for a few minutes, before Ace spoke.
"You know, I only let you kick my ass because you were a girl right? I don't hit girls."
"Oh please, I can kick your ass no matter how tough you are." I chuckle.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night." he says and we both laugh.
"I can not believe I am spending seven minutes in a small space with Ace King" I chuckle.
"It's actually Aceton."
