"Let's go out today, love." I sweetly called Edge out as I was lying on the bed hugging him.
He hugged me back, "Where do you want to go, love?"
"How about clearing your schedule today and then we roam around Quezon City?" I suggested it to him while smiling brightly.
"Okay, I will call my secretary to clear my schedule today and I will show you the tourist spots here. I know you are gonna love it here." He calmly said, while cherishing my face and giving me a peek at my forehead, "I love you, Heaven."
I just hugged him so tight and buried my face in his chest. I love you more, Edge.
"Be ready in one or two hours while I call my secretary." He said as he got off the bed.
I nodded as I sat on the bed and looked at him going out of the room.
If I dare to tell him my reasons for the sudden breakup, I hope he will understand me even though I already hurt him by lying and keeping a secret about my condition.
I picked my sexy black tank top, gray shorts, white cardigan, and black striped espadrilles as I took a bath. I put on minimal makeup, a crown braid hairdo, and fixed my bucket bag. I also brought my DSLR camera for taking pictures later. And before leaving the room, I prepared Edge's outfit, including a black shirt, gray denim jeans, a white bomber jacket, and black sneakers, as well as his perfume and Rolex watch.
"Let's take a selfie first, love." I happily said as I set up my phone on the ring light that I saw in his storage room last week. He just smiled at me.
We took a lot of sweet pictures. I told him that I would upload them to my Instagram account and he agreed. He told me to tag him as I sent him a copy of them. He picked the photo where I was kissing his left cheeks and hugging him as he genuinely smiled. One of our photos he set as his phone wallpaper.
"Can you tell me where we should go first?" I inquired, excitedly, from his side.
"The Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center." He responded.
"Does it feel like you're in a zoo?" I inquired again, my curiosity awakened.
"Many animals and trees may be seen here, allowing you to appreciate nature at its best. This park is ideal for those who are bored of skyscrapers." He explained.
We walked around the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center. I took a lot of photos as a remembrance. I was amused by those animals and trees. I also met friendly people while we were walking around the parks. Our next destination, Quezon Memorial Circle is a national park and one of Quezon City's historical sites. The 27-hectare park where people can promenade, the Quezon Memorial Monument, various museums, and the mausoleum where the ashes of former Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon and his wife Aurora Quezon rest are considered one of Quezon City Manila's last lungs.
"I'm starving, love," I complained as I rubbed my stomach and pouted.
"Okay, we were going to Streat: Maginhawa Food Park for our lunch." He informed me.
He ordered a lot of foods, especially Filipino cuisine. Before we eat our lunch, I asked someone to take us a couple of photos and thank them. I set up my phone to take video recordings while eating our delicious meals like we were blogging about them. After finishing our lunch, I thanked the staff and manager as I filmed everything that happened as we went out of the food park. I decided to upload the video to my Instagram again. I tagged Edge and the website of the food park. He drove again. We went to take a look at the University of the Philippines-Diliman, which isn't just the country's best university, but also a historical landmark in Quezon City.
Next spot, Art In Island. This tourist attraction in Quezon City offers 3D artworks that invite visitors to take selfies. When my photo is taken, the art objects at this museum make me look like I belong in art.
"Do you want to take a photo there?" Edge calmly asked me.
Fun facts: Edge didn't like taking selfies with me before, so many times I forced him to make a deal just to be in our selfies.
"Yes, please!" I answered, "But I have a lot of solo photos. Can we just take a photo of us instead?" I added.
I saw him frowning before asking someone to take our photos. "He hasn't changed like before. Edge hates taking photos with me like usual." I commented as I laughed.
We did a lot of sweet and naughty posts. We left the museum. We went to other tourist spots like La Mesa Eco Park to try on rock climbing, boating, and zip-lining, take a look at the EDSA Shrine, buy something in SM City North EDSA, and visit the Santo Domingo Church, the largest church in Metro Manila and one of the biggest in Asia. And the last destination, we went to Eastwood City to have dinner and to relax after a long day.
"What are your plans after 10000 hours?" He suddenly asked while calmly eating our dinner.
"I... I don't have one yet. I don't know. I can say anything this time for my future, Edge. I'm not sure of anything right now." I calmly responded.
"That's new. You always answered my questions directly without hesitation about the possible outcome." He commented.
"Yeah. Everything has changed, even how I answer your random questions, unlike before. Right?" I smile brightly.
"Yeah, just like our relationship, right?" I could see the pain in his eyes as he looked at me while asking me.
I bite my lower lips and look away. This is so hard. It hurts me a lot. I'm so sorry, love.
