Chapter 10: Orb that doesn't glow!

When Sia looked at the information on her she was shocked and shouted "Yes!". Everybody in the shop including the card maker looked at her as if she was some strange creature. When Sia realized that everybody was staring at her, she quickly went towards the payment counter and paid the card maker by scanning her smart bracelet.

As soon as she paid the card master she ran out of the shop as quickly as she could've as she was embarrassed. As she came out of the shop she thought "Damn it! I shouldn't have shouted like that! but putting that aside..." Sia looked at her ID card information again and thought "Yes!!! I've finally done it! I was able to rank up! I don't remember how many hunts I went on! Now I am finally an Intermediate Level Materializer. I guess that's the reason why I have become so full of energy. After going on so many freelancing hunting expeditions I finally did it!" Sia looked at the sky and thought "Now I should go home and practice for tomorrow.". Sia ran towards her house.

In Raghav's room, Raghav was wide awake and he continuously thought "Why? Why??!! Why did this have to happen to me?! Did I lose her because I was weak?! Yeah! That's the case!! I mean I should've seen this coming. After the world has changed so much, everything has changed but my naivety allowed me to think that even though the world is changing everything around me would be the same!! I want to become strong!! I want to be so strong so that no one would even dare think of betraying me again!!!".

Raghav jostled with his thoughts as he removed the T-shirt and walked into the bathroom for a shower. He reached for the knob and turned on the shower. he had barely started to use soap all over his body when he realized that there was something different about his orb and he thought "Is my orb glowing?".

Raghav placed his hand in front but he couldn't see any light hitting his palm , he thought "Maybe I was just hallucinating." but a few seconds later there was a little flicker and suddenly a bright light hit his palm, he was shocked and he got in front of the mirror in the bathroom and what he saw completely shocked him. When he looked at his orb he realized that his orb was not glowing but rather looked as if it had lightning stored in it. Raghav looked at the orb and said "What the hell is this?!'.
