Mauna is dead.

What happened to Mauna?Why is everyone shouting and why is her children crying?You all should calm down and talk to me in a language I would understand,Ralph shouted as he heard his other children and some of his children shedding tears.He came out of his chamber when he heard their voices and they didn't sound happy. Its weird to hear them shout like this,he said as he came out to meet them.

Dad, mummy Mauna is dead.Clinton said as he held on to Ralph's robe and he was so covered in tears.Even though Mauna wasn't his mother.He still respected and loved her just like he loved the other wives of Ralph. Mauna's children couldn't hold back their tears.The last girl was shouting all over the place and calling the name of her mother,this was the first time something so sad has befallen the family.They always lived very happily and hardly experienced hard moments.It was a hard pill to take in as none of them could believe it was actually happening to them.

You all should brace up and pull yourselves together please!Ralph said and ordered his first wife who was consoling Mauna's children to come inside the house with him.

What happened here?Where is my wife he asked her as she was also in tears.She was closest to Mauna and they behave like sisters more than co wives.They were always seen together and this made their children to have a close relationship just like their mothers.Mauna's death was a nightmare for her.

We came inside her room this morning to call her so that we would go out and get somethings we planned to get because we've been trying to call her to come out but we didn't hear from her.I sent one of her sons to go into her room and call her only for him to come out shouting and crying on top of his voice.We asked him what the problem was but he couldn't say anything, it was awkward and strange for him not to have said anything so I decided to go into the room.On getting there,I saw Mauna lying lifelessy on the ground in her own pool of blood.I went closer and I noticed she was shot in the heart.I immediately ran out of the room to call you but your room was locked and I knocked but you didn't answer.

That was when I called my co wives and they all gathered.Her children already knew what was happening and they were all crying.Till you came out.No one knows how it happened because she was perfectly fine that night and she didn't even tell me or anyone anything that could have been the cause of her death.She didn't have any problems with anyone because if she did,I would have known because she tells me literally everything.I think this might be a mistake,what if the person who committed that atrocity actually came for someone else?

Oh my God,go outside and call the Ziko for me he thundered and his wife quickly ran out of the room.Ziko was one of the right hand men of Ralph and he did all his dirty work.He was always loyal and he carried out instructions without asking any questions. Ralph trusted him with everything and he has always measured up to expectations.

Ralph my husband wants to see you immediately he doesn't have much time so I'll advise you hurry up and go to his chambers now.

I'll be on my way Madam,Ziko said as he quickly dropped what he was doing and left to see Ralph.On getting to his room,he saw him pacing up and down in his room and he looked very angry and it seemed like he would kill anyone who tries to get in his way.

You called for me sir,he said as he drew closer to Ralph.

Where were you when my wife, Mauna was killed?!He asked with his voice sounding like thunder and his face looking fierce with rage.He was known to have a temper and he takes it out on anyone who defaults.Whenever he becomes like that,everyone prays and hopes that he doesn't summon them and everyone tries to avoid direct contact with him until everything cools down.But somethings are just inevitable because It was very certain that Ziko would be summoned whenever anything out of the ordinary happens in the mansion.

Ziko was trembling with fear because it was his duty to ensure that no intruder entered the Mansion and it was obvious that the murder was committed by an intruder.Sir I was on guard throughout the night and I didn't see anything weird or suspicious sir.You know how careful I am and I haven't made any mistakes in the past.I assure you that no one entered this house last night sir.

So can you explain to me how my wife got killed in this same house?Ralph shouted.

I don't have an explanation for that sir but I promise that I will go and find out what really happened sir.I just need you to have patience and give me some time.I will give you a detailed explanation of everything that happened.

I give you just three days young man and if you don't give me a reasonable explanation as to how all of this unfolded,consider yourself dead!He said and left the premises immediately.

Ziko was very confused but at the same time,he knew he had to buckle up and get to work.He knew that his boss meant every word he says and he wouldn't think twice about taking his life.No one knew Ralph better than he did.He has worked for him for years and he has seen how he took care of his enemies or even his friends and workers who tried to go against him or ones who performed below his expectations. Ziko knew what he was into and he knew there was no way out.
