There Was a Hundred and Then There Was None

Yaksha's mind was in chaos as he tried to fight the illusions but all it did was hurt him.

He tried to think of a way and remembered something. He looked into himself and pulled out his Qi in threads and wrapped it around him like a cacoon. Every part of his body hurt and was in pain but he ignored that to deal with the matter at hand.

The Qi wrapped around him tightly and the tornadoes tried to eat them all away to get to the king but the Qi armour replenished itself at a rapid rate.

Yaksha pulled out a talisman and activated it and the Qi of the cocoon flowed into it in his mind.

The wind picked up as everyone watched the Demon King go still.

The soldier Cai smirked. He raised his arm to attack.

Suddenly, cuts started to form on his body and disrupt his flows.

The wind had turned into blades.

Yaksha broke out of the Nightly illusion easily with a talisman floating in the air. It pulsed red and then disintegrated.
