The feast

"Please find someone else for your stupid stuff Carolina, I don't have time," Matthew angrily said to her. He was pissed off because of Klaus. Now he had no energy for his stupid sister.

"Brother, listen to me. Why did Papa bring Jennifer here again? I hate that woman. She's of no use. I don't know why my father likes her so much," Carolina complained. Carolina and Matthew are brother and sister but Klaus preferred Matthew most as he was a man and could become a king if they succeed. For that reason, Carolina was treated as an unnoticed person and no one cared about her words.

"You don't even have to know why did Papa bring her here?"

'Seriously, my stupid sister, you're of no use to anyone' Matthew thought. One time just for his stupid sister, their father was nearly get caught by Gramson.

"I am more useful than her. Even Gabriel doesn't like her," Carolina presented herself as if Gabriel wanted a beauty like her.

"What do you want, Carolina?"

Fuck! She is giving me a headache. First father, now this one, damn! I am running out of patience, all because of Gabriel! Matthew was cursing everyone in his thoughts.

"Brother I want to marry Gabriel." Carolina held her hope high with maintaining her proud peacock look.

"I am much better than Jennifer. Father should convince Gabriel about me, not for that slut!"

Matthew raised his eyebrows at her, "You are his sister too."

"So what, we are vampires, not human, remember Gabriel's father married his sister, and they have a son named Samuel but no one knows where he is now, obviously, there is no point in knowing, who cares. If somehow his presence could be known, Gabriel wouldn't let him leave even for a second," Carolina said.

"Yes, who doesn't want that Thorne and Gabriel is no fool," Matthew gritted his teeth in anger, "Why am I not as powerful as him?"

"Please help me brother, to convince father. I would never let that bitch win, Gabriel is mine," Carolina firmly said.

"Why father Carolina?" Matthew said and Carolina foolishly looked at her brother, "What do you mean?"

"I mean you are a woman, go seduce him, bedded with him, if he loves you in bed, then no one else will be needed."

At Matthew's suggestion, a sigh left her mouth instead of an answer.

"It is not this easy as you said, there are countless girls like me who already tried to seduce him, but after having sex Gabriel kills them all and I don't want such a terrible fate," Carolina slowly spoke. And everyone knew this.

"How could you be so sure after marriage he will not kill you?" Matthew asked.

"If he wants to kill me, then I will be dead before marriage. Why wait for marriage? Gabriel is not like that," Carolina intelligently stated her answer because she knew Gabriel from childhood that man never worked without his profit.

"Wow! I didn't know that you became so intelligent," Matthew replied.

"Always, don't worry brother, once we are married, I will drive him crazy for me sure," Carolina said and she was confident that she was the woman who could only make Gabriel happy in bed.

If not, then why the rest of the girls were dead at his hand after sex. Because Gabriel didn't find any perfect bedmate. However, that didn't mean that she wanted to take risks before marriage.

"Okay, my dear sister, I will convince dad, but before that, you need to do something for me," Matthew said.

"I know, I know, I saw there is a new maid in the castle, and she is quite of your taste." She winked at Matthew.

"Oops! My dear sister knows her brother very well, now go," Matthew was finally happy as he got what he wanted. Both of them cheekily smiled at each other and left.

The whole Castle was full of people, but the king was nowhere to be found. Here Gabriel stood on the rooftop twirling the Crown around his finger and smiling at it. "So many had gone crazy for this Crown. It has killed more than me, then why does everyone tells me I am the demon. If fairly can be judged, I am more innocent than you," Gabriel pointed a finger at his crown.

"By the way, where is my queen? Why didn't I see her carriage enter the castle gate? Is she not feeling well or something? Fuck! Why did I start acting like this?"

"At first, this feeling seems foolish to me. Now the same feelings are driving me crazy. Shit! My stupid destiny played very well," Gabriel muttered. He was fighting within. These feelings were new and bothering.

Just rights then a brown-colored carriage entered the Castle gate. Gabriel took a deep breath in the air.

"UMM! She is here, finally, my queen is here."

Gabriel directly jumped from the rooftop to his chamber with a wide smile on his face.

After a while, everyone saw their king take his entry in black Royal attire. Everyone bowed their heads and paid their respect to him.

When the king was going to his Throne in midst of everyone, suddenly he halted his step and looked at his left side. He saw his woman standing with her head down, seeing this the corner of Gabriel's lip subtly pulled up, but no one could see their King's mischievousness because everyone was standing with their heads bowed.

However, it didn't escape from Gramson's eyes, he followed his majesty's eyes, but was unable to guess who the person was. Was it a man or woman because today there are many people here now?

Meanwhile, Elsa could feel that King's eyes were on her even with a tilting head, because the gaze was so intense and had the power to pierce one's skin.

"Why is the king looking at me? What have I done, but I never saw him before?" Elsa was panicking in her thoughts, then Gabriel took his eyes from Elsa and turn them towards the Throne.

After Gabriel ascended the throne, Gramson put the crown on his head. Every royal family congratulated him and the women of their families and eagerly waited to dance with the king for once but Gabriel's eyes were fixed on the person who still held her eyes down,

"Didn't she see me when I was crowned, didn't she ever look up and see how handsome her husband looks in this crown," Gabriel is now truly disappointed.

Unawares Elsa heard her name from the crowd.

"Elsa, Elsa, over here." When she looked back and saw Jorden was calling her. Elsa's parents also knew him. He was the son of Stone village magistrate.

"Go, Elsa, talk to him. We will wait for you here," her mother said.

"Okay mother," Elsa smiled back at Jorden and went to him.

"It's great that Elsa found her friend here," Jasmine whispered, but it reached Robert's ear, "Yes, but you know he is from the Witch village. If my guess isn't wrong, then he must be a witch too."

"Yes, but he is also Elsa's friend and now it is good for her, to spend time with friends," her mother said, hoping to see Elsa like before.

"How did they let Elsa go with that boy, and who is this boy?" Gabriel thought.

Gabriel frowned at the boy, silently glaring at him with his golden eyes, but it also didn't escape Gramson's eyes he started searching again in the crowd, "Who is the reason for his Majesty's changing expression."

"At first, I thought he has some connection with that silver-haired girl, but there is no silver hair girl in the crowd. Then who is the person?" Gramson also wandered his mind.

"Gramson," his majesty's crisp voice was like icicles.

"Yes, my majesty."

"Announce the feast. I have some work to do. I can't stay here, make sure that everyone enjoys the feast well."

Gramson bowed his head, followed the order, and announced the feast.

Gabriel was ready to leave because his lady was with another man, how could he sit here, "Elsa has never liked a boy like that, I believe. But she'll be queen one day, so she must know all the rules, especially never smiling at another man."

Gabriel was very irritated to see Elsa's smile for a boy.

"Fuck! Why do I sound like a jealous man?"
